The original car had a nail in tire and tire pressure light came on so I took car back and they gave me a different vehicle. What’s strange is that the tire pressure light was on when I picked up the car so not sure if mail was in tire then.Reviewed Jan 12 2022

Payment optionsPros:Sascha was a pleasant person to do business with.Cons:I would think that ALL the 3rd parties Hertz uses, there should be a paragraph regarding NO DEBIT cards.....although, I do understand why they don't take them. When processing your $200 hold, a debit card would deduct it right away from your bank account, however, a credit card is just pending & can be cancelled upon closing out your return. BUT LET THE PEOPLE KNOW!!Reviewed Jul 21 2017

Reservation not honoredCons:We pulled into the rental place on a Saturday at 1:02PM for our 1PM reservation. The place closed at 1PM. They never called to let us know they wouldn't be able to honor our reservation. Massively inept. Left us stranded at their store.Reviewed Nov 9 2015
