It was terrible. I got this service representative at the front desk that was soooo terrible, in a huge bad mood and very inflexible to accommodate my request. I needed to change an electric car to a hybrid one. Sandra was so bad that I had to cancel my reservation and go to Enterprise Rent a Car. I will never go back to Hertz.Reviewed Feb 8 2025

The original car had a nail in tire and tire pressure light came on so I took car back and they gave me a different vehicle. What’s strange is that the tire pressure light was on when I picked up the car so not sure if mail was in tire then.Reviewed Jan 12 2022
