Cons:
The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. There were crumbs and pieces of food and a big area of stickiness around the seat divider and cup holders - probably just a spilled soda but still, in the time of covid you want the entire car to be clean.10.0 Wonderful

If enterprise would have gave me the price that was quoted to me. Im quite sure the price should have been on the reservation ...The deal was so good they didn't Believe it .. need a car so I had to get it. They adjusted the rental fees at the several problems wiere brought to their attention.Cons:
Windshield was so dirty inside and outside that we had to buy glass cleaner and paper towels to clean it so we could see during the rain. Tire pressure in a one front tire was 39 lb should have been 32 - tire pressure in the rear tire was 26 lb -should have been 32. Car previously rented to a smoker and was not cleaned prior to renting it to us.8.0 Very good

Van was not ready or clean at pickup time. Staff at counter forst told us that our credit score was not high enough to use debit card at that moment. If we did not carry another card we would have had to leave with no van.8.0 Very good

Pros:
The Lynbrook location of the Avis counter was convenient for my stay on Long Island. They seemed to have plenty of cars and there was essentially no wait at the counter to get my car.Cons:
The Avis office is in a dingy broken down building - no frills. The car was clean except for the interior windows which were filthy. Upon returning the car the Avis attendant must of noticed the filthy windows and even asked if I smoked in the car (I'm a non-smoker) and I informed her that that was the status of the windows when I rented the car just a few days earlier.10.0 Wonderful
