Cons: Showed up at 12:40 for 1pm reservation. Attendant was no where to be seen. Sign on desk with phone number to call rang the phone at the same desk. Attendant showed up at 1:20. He claimed he had only been gone since 1pm. Seeing as I had been sitting there for almost 45 minutes at that point, I kindly let him know that I knew he was lying. I finally got o. The road at 1:45, just in time to hit the rush hour traffic I had been planning to avoid.

Terrible situation all around
Pros: Literally nothing
Cons: They called me 10 minutes before our agreed pick up time , while in Uber, to tell me they had no more cars. They provided no alternatives, no solutions, no accommodations, no compensation or any future discounts etc. Just told me I was SOL. I asked for the manager and he said it was him - Cannot explain the lack of empathy that he showed. It was pathetic for a Hertz manager to be as terrible at customer service as he was.

Pros: Easy to pick up and drop off.

Cons: Drop off location was within a hotel which was not listed on the drop off address. There was no sign outside to know where the Hertz location was.
