Pros: Staff at the pick up was friendly, on the contrary at the drop off was tough and stiff and not customer oriented as a matter of fact he wasn’t to care about how customer feels. I think he never heard about customer satisfaction and wasn’t trained properly
Cons: Nothing could be better except the staff at the drop off you can definitely have a better customer oriented who care about customer satisfaction and customer feelings

Very pleased with the rental process, from pick up
Pros: The service was fine. The free upgrade to a Ford Explorer was unexpected, but much enjoyed. A great vehicle! The whole process worked out very well.

Great car
Pros: Ended up getting the car one a short notice and ended up with a great new car. Picked it up in Tempe and returned it the next day at the airport. Received prompt service at both locations. the car was very clean and drove very well

Awesome!
Pros: Car was very clean when we picked it up. The employees were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Bonus points for letting us keep the rental for 3 extra hours at no charge. Would definitely recommend to others and use them personally again!
