Cons: Waited 30 min for shuttle and it never showed. Called and was told it would be there momentarily. Finally a hertz. Shuttle offered to drop me off at Payless lot. Arrived at lot and the Payless shuttle was still sitting in the lot. Car had the previous renters leftover breakfast in the hatchback. No attention to detail. Weak customer service.

Cons: My flight got delayed and I arrived at the counter at 11:10 PM. However the counter was closed and there are no notice on where I can go to get the rental car. So, I went across to Avis for the rental that was double of what I booked with Payless.

Cons: No rental agent at counter, never showed up, no sign, nothing. Was told by Budget agent that was right next to Payless that they were transferring reservations to Budget and someone would show up, but never did. We waited 20 minutes, then rented from Alamo and even after renting from Alamo, there was still no one at Payless. They left four of us who were waiting just sitting there with no direction on what was happening. Will never rent from them in the future, super-poor customer service or should I say non-existent customer service.
