Pros: It was super easy to get to and the customer service was excellent. Being an emerald member paid off as I got to choose the car I wanted.

Kayak's quoted rate more than tripled
Cons: I decided to book through Kayak because you quoted a better rate than National. My plane was delayed by 2.5 hours and when I got to the airport, the kayak rate was more than triple what was on the reservation and I was told"Kayak does that some times if you are late!" I had booked a back up reservation with National and that one was not jacked up, so I went with that. Waste of time
Cons: I wish the add a service to pick up the car from the terminal for extra charge .. I travel a lot with my kids and can't just leave them with luggage .. if that service is availbe please Let me know. I'm highly interested

Cons: Although I had a confirmation the booked car wasn't available nor could they offer an alternative. Ended up renting with a different agency

Confirmed Reservaion Does Not Mean Confirmed
Pros: Pretty much nothing because, even though I had a confirmed reservation, the vehicle I reserved was not available. Guess I can be thankful they called to let me know to not even bother to come out to pick it up.
Cons: I guess being baited with the idea that the rental company would pawn me off to another automobile once I got there...
All great except for first person at the counter
Pros: Everything was perfect except for the person doing the paperwork at the counter. He had an attitude
Cons: Pick-up was scheduled for 8:30 AM and completed at 9:15 AM.
All great except for one call I made
Pros: Check in and check out was very fast and convenient and service was great.
Cons: I had a passenger who was in a wheelchair and I called the National toll free number and pressed the option for inquiries on disabled customers. (called on Thursday night Someone answered the call and i asked if there were any help we could get when I return the rental with my passenger who was in a wheelchair. He replied that we would have to call the TSA for that. I reiterated that I would be returning the rental car first and inquired if there was a special shuttle for people in wheelchairs and he said he didn't know and told me to call the airport. Very unhelpful and ignorant.
