I did not get the car. This place is shady. They want $500-1000 deposits on cars. They wanted to charge me an extra $300 for the rental. Kayak should not promote this company, they are under investigation with the attorney general office in Florida. If kayak or Expedia charges me anything, I will refute the charge with my credit card company.Reviewed Mar 29 2026

They pulled the bait and swap to one price and then when you get to the counter, you get a higher price because of your insurance they are a company that I would not trust if I was renting a car.Reviewed Mar 12 2026

They charge outrageous and undisclosed deposits, insurance fees, etc. The "price" of the rental is just a teaser to get money out of you in other ways. It is borderline scam...probably over the line. Kayak shouldn't list them...and others of their ilk.Reviewed Feb 23 2026

Pros:Staff at the counter was not very friendly. Charged me a $150 deposit. When will that be returned?Cons:The sign for the counter at the Tampa airport is not very clear. We followed the signs and it led down to the garage and had to go back up to get the keys.Reviewed Apr 20 2021
