Cons: Didnt have the car I picked
Pros: The whole operation was very understaffed but the people I dealt with, particularly a young man in ABQ, were very helpful and polite. The drop-off was the same, the lot at DEN was closed, which made me nervous about missing my flight. There was no indication anywhere that I was to go to the Avis lot for drop-off. Again, nobody to explain anything but when the woman showed up, she was polite and helpful in a difficult situation for her.
Pros: Friendly counter help. Reliable vehicle
Cons: I rented an SUV on line. When I got to rental place they had no SUV’s. Was given a minivan instead. Not what I had in mind for a winter weekend in the mountains.
Pros: Friendly staff. Did the best they could.
Cons: Did not get car I reserved. Car shortage, had to wait for car to come in. Not a smooth experience.
Pros: Friendly and helpful people working the counter. The car was clean and great for our trip.
Pros: Easy! We always go with Payless at the ABQ airport. No problems, great deal, and fast service.
Albuquerque Rental
Pros: Off site transportation was efficient, full size rental rate for Payless was reasonable compared to others
Cons: Picked up the car after dark. Car was reasonably clean, but windows were dirty. Hard to see out of front and back, lots of glare, day and night. Mentioned this on my check in on return, and the staff said it is hard to keep windows clean in New Mexico, especially with high temps. Other than that, a good transaction

Car rental
Pros: The drive of the car was excellent. Very smooth driving. Very clean. And comfortable
Cons: The representative did not write anything down for me as far as telling me were to find the car. O.my told me the row. I was late for my meeting because I spent some time looking for the car.
Difficult drop off & overcharged versus reservation rate
Pros: Car was comfortable and drove well.
Cons: Quote on website w/taxes included was 82.85 but I was charged 112.75. Drop off location was difficult to get to.
