Overall it was fine, but the car was dirty, picking up the person working the desk was unfriendly and extremely unhelpful basically doing the bare minimum and not well. The lady at the exit was better, but it wasn’t an easy and pleasant experience. The car was filthy both inside and out, with trash from previous use still in it, and cracks in the windshield and unwashed exterior.Reviewed Apr 21 2025

the rental was not available despite being reserved several weeks in advance. I wasn't notified until the morning of the rental that they didn't have my reserved car so I cancelled the reservation and was told there would be a full refund. I then was refunded the money several days later except for a $100 cancellation fee they charge for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to (despite it being their fault) so I have to dispute the charge now with the credit card. I was told to come 2 hours later than my scheduled time and when I arrived they told my vehicles were sold out. All the staff seemed indifferent and after half an hour one finally came to ask me to go away. Poor attitude, no service at all. This office should shut down eternally.Reviewed Apr 20 2025
