Strangest Car Experience
Pros: Dropping off at the hotel is a breeze, you hand it to the valet and go.
Cons: There were no cars available when I showed up, I had to wait for cars to be returned or to be shuttled over from another location. The car I ended up with was a level below what I paid for, but it was the only option available. I would rather take a lesser car than wait hours for a replacement.

Pros: Everything was clear, easy, fruendly and efficient.
Cons: Economy car was great. My credit card covered collision insurance snd my own car insurance covered the rest, so no need to purchase additional insurance, and, thankfully, everything went safely. I would definitely choose Hertz again.
Did not have the car I rented
Cons: I had a mini van booked for over a week. When I went to pick up my car they said "this city is completely sold out of mini vans". Why guarantee me a rental if you don't have one available for me? It really screwed up my plans. I was pretty devastated.
