We ended up having a screw in our tire. The lady on the phone was wonderful. She advised us to go to the enterprise car rental in Brunswick Georgia. The workers there were amazing. They had us to the tire place in minutes. The tire place changed the tire for us after enterprise guy talked to him. All took under an hour. Very impressive!😊Airport Van

If you are a local renter,go someplace else and rent. These people say unlimited miles, unless you live in the state,then you are only allowed 150 free miles per day. They also want a $350.00 deposit. I guess they want to insure that they already have your money if you go over 150 miles per day. The rate per mile they charge after 150 miles is $0.55 . The online reservation clearly stated unlimited miles. But when I'm standing at the reservation desk after I'm already at the point of no return I'm informed I am limited to a total of 300 miles, with each mile afterwards at $0.55 per mile. The whole purpose of the rental was for a trip that far exceeded the allowable mileage bringing my total out of pocket expense nearly four times the advertised rental rate. Even after I showed the manager my reservation and what was advertised he informed me it was a private company and that's their policy and if I didn't like It go somewhere else. Unfortunately I was stuck with no ride and no time to spare. I will not be using this service ever again.One location in Jacksonville
