The customer service at the airport were not helpful or very friendly. I was not asked about my experience when I dropped the car off or given a receipt. I was just told to go to the orange wall to get to the terminal. When I picked up the car the person was speaking very low and was not explaining where to go to get the car. He was also very annoyed when questions were asked. It is also very dark in the rental garage.Reviewed Apr 18 2026

Car was fine. Pickup was disastrous. I spent over an hour at the counter with vague excuses given me about their computer system not working well. The first associate that was “helping” me started a phone call with the garage attendant and was on the phone for half an hour before walking away without explanation. One of the other counter attendants sat eating her breakfast rather than trying to rectify the issue. Eventually one of the attendants helped get me a car which ran but by that time I’d been waiting standing at the counter for over an hour while my wife was watching our toddler and infant. I do not plan to buy from AVIS/BUDGET againReviewed Mar 30 2026
