Cons: No leg space , hard seat, no entertainment tv (only a tv of the 80s every 10 seats showing same movie over and over for 14 hours. Terrible!

Cons: It was an A330 plane and the configuration was 3-3-3. Usually, it's 2-4-2. This is not the way if you want to be a 5-star airline in 2020.

Pros: The FA's are very polite & nice. The foods are just ok but a little salty.
Cons: What I didn't like was flight always delayed. Our flight to Manila was delayed for 1 hour. And flight coming back here to U S was delayed for 3 hours. If the passengers are late on boarding they will charge a lot for re booking but if the PAL is delayed what? Just sorry for the delayed?

Cons: Staff was always blowing by me my food was either opened and rough or only got the worst part of the meal . I got ran into numours times the head phone jacks in seats didn't work so couldn't even listen to movie when we told some one they just offered new headphones

Pros: The flight staff was more than accommodating to my husband and myself as we both had become very ill . They did everything they could do to make us comfortable. The airline put us up in a hotel for the evening and got us on a flight the next day.
Cons: First I would like to say I understand things go wrong that are out of the airlines control but being grounded on a run way for ten hours is absolutely ridiculous . We both became very ill about two hours after eating on the flight to the point of needing medical attention. The delay ended up costing us $179 extra dollars for our car parked and it would be more than reasonable and expected for you reimburse us for this cost.
