Pros: The flight staff was more than accommodating to my husband and myself as we both had become very ill . They did everything they could do to make us comfortable. The airline put us up in a hotel for the evening and got us on a flight the next day.
Cons: First I would like to say I understand things go wrong that are out of the airlines control but being grounded on a run way for ten hours is absolutely ridiculous . We both became very ill about two hours after eating on the flight to the point of needing medical attention. The delay ended up costing us $179 extra dollars for our car parked and it would be more than reasonable and expected for you reimburse us for this cost.
