Boarding went fairly quick and the flight was a quick one. Friendly and efficient staff!

This plane was even smaller than the previous one, it's hard to fly in comfort when you're over 6'.

We had to board a bus at the terminal which took us out to the airplane. It was 1000 PM so it was dark out and there was not sufficient lighting out near the plane.

While at the gate they announced that people were allowed one carry on and one personal item. If anyone had a 3rd bag they would have to leave at the gate at no charge. The woman in front of me in line had two carry on bags and a rolling suitcase. She left the rolling suitcase at the gate at NO CHARGE. While other people paid for their luggage. This was extremely unfair.

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Didnt like anything. Hate little planes!

Even though plane was not full, I wished my seat from the very last row was moved closer to front or center of plane. Would you like to be seated next to bathroom for a 40 minute flight??!!

Flight delayed in Washington, then after we boarded sat on a hot plane for an hour while flight crew did "training". United never apologises for delaying flights, seems like they don't care for the customers at all.

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

I used mobile checking and did not get seat assignment till Boarding started

2 hour delay due to not catching maintenance deficiencies prior to boarding passengers. No sense of urgency when locating and prepping new aircraft.
