Pros:The staff were working exceptionally hard and we’re very pleasant and as helpful as they could possibly be.Cons:It took an hour and a half to get my car as the location was significantly understaffed. The employees were running around like crazy doing the jobs of 3 people.Reviewed Aug 9 2020

Pros:The reservation address was an off-site location near the Portland airport. I took an uber to get there only to discover the whole location was closed. Fortunately an employee was kind enough to drive me over to the airport. The car was waiting and ready to go. Easy check-in at the Albuquerque rental return location. The SUV was very comfy. I don't like driving, but it was fun to drive. Didn't drive like a brick. Felt more like a sports car.Reviewed Jul 31 2020
