Pros:Great car.Cons:It took FOREVER. Could Budget be less efficient? I was behind a Romanian with a Maryland driver's license and Budget couldn't cope. Then my agent slow walked my forms. Then I got ferried to another facility where I waited while the car was cleaned. This was during my lunch break from work.Reviewed May 29 2019

Cons:I got to the budget drop off in Torrance at 1:30 in the afternoon and there wasn't anybody around. I waited 20 mins. And the guy showed up. Maybe they need more than one person working there.Reviewed Jul 22 2017

Do not book budget at Santa Clarita new hall ranchPros:Nothing. Well wait, actually journey was playing when I walked in, so there's that!Cons:Location did not have cars when arrived. Waited two extra hours. Had to book directly thru enterprise. Missed flight connection. Uber and taxi fees to and from this location twice to try and pickup.Reviewed Feb 12 2016
