Pickup was great at w 76th NYC, dropoff was very uncomfortable though at TRI airport. None of the employees were wearing masks, the rental desk is inside of an airport, just past the giant signs that say masks are required.

All of the staff at pick up and drop off were very friendly and attentive. They didn’t have the hybrid we requested, so they gave us a midsized suv, which they tried to upsell us on before they told us they did not actually have the car we reserved. The exterior of the car they gave us was filthy, as if it had been dropped off from a long road trip and handed straight to us. The inside seemed worn out and dirty for a car that only had >60k miles, and smelled like it was sprayed with freshener moments before it was given to us. It was out of windshield washer fluid, which we had to stop and fill up. It had 3/4 of a tank of gas when it was given to us. The steering wheel vibrated the whole trip. The car seemed like it probably hadn’t been serviced in a long time. Overall, the staff was nice and the car got us to where we needed to go. But, it was a big disappointment to do a 6 hour drive in a dirty vehicle that smelled badly and drove poorly.

I liked the car I received and the customer service was great, but there definitely needs to be more than one person working the counter to cut down on wait times.

I waited over an hour to pick up my vehicle and about 30 minutes to drop it off. The car was “premium” and excellent—clean, well-maintained, etc. Gas started at under half a tank, which was annoying,

The carI prepaid for gas expecting to be credited for the fuel I didn’t use. At pick up the staff asked me so many questions about extras I felt obligated to buy the gas.

pick up staff was quick. not necessarily friendly, but quick.the car was disgusting inside. it was clearly not cleaned (but the "this car has been cleaned" paper was placed inside) and it smelled. It still had someone's dirty mask in the backseat, dust/soot everywhere and dried snot on the dash/door.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Car was VERY clean, which is so necessary during the COVID pandemic.It feels unbelievably expensive. I understand it's a one-way trip, but the fees are outrageous. I'm glad upgrading in person was cheaper than online.
