Pros: Great customer service. Fast service; in and out.
Cons: I was coming from LGA so this establishment was in the middle of nowhere for me.

Great Value, Great Service
Pros: Very happy with the car and the condition (clean, well-maintained). Pretty convenient for us coming from NYC and a great price. Will definitely rent from here again.

Rental - convertible
Pros: Quick in and out for the pick up as well as drop off.
Cons: The facility that I had reserved the car closed at 12noon. I reached at 12.05 pm. There was no prior intimation of the facility 12 noon closing hours. Generally facilities inform on booking that their hours are limited. There was a person around but as it was 5 minutes late he said it would not be possible to rent out. So i had to modify the reservation to another facility for pick up for which i needed another ride. I was not able to modify reservation online so had to call in the avis help desk. The help desk person was able to modify pick up location and then i proceeded to the new location to pick up. It was ok after that as the new location served well.
Cons: I rented a Nissan versa note from 15 N Wood Ave, Edison, NJ 08820. The gas tank was marked full in the contract, but in reality it wasn't. I found out that this when I drove only 71 miles during the one day rental, but ended up pumping 5.5 gallons while return. I informed this to the Agent, but he was blaming me saying that it was my fault that I didn't get check the contract properly. I agree that its my fault, but even after providing evidence that it doesn't 5.5 gallons to drive only 71 miles on a Versa note (usually 30 mpg), he wasn't listening. I feel this was a bad experience to me.

Cons: After reserving, confirming and entering all payment, driver's license info, etc., received a call 3 hours before scheduled pickup time that a car was unavailable! Left stranded requiring me to take Uber for transportation.
Will NEVER use Hertz again!!!

I guess since I made d reservations thru kayak the manager didn’t want
Cons: Manager was not helpful, didn’t offer d e pasa I went thru 2 toll both without paying bc there were no toll both. The car had a expats unit but he didn’t offer or told me how it work. Now I’m got to get a violation forward to my house
