Pros:
There was nothing good about this experience,I returned the car a week early,still waiting for a refund.I am a COPD patient and the car smelled like an ashtray.I could not deal with the smell and returned the car actually 9 days .I spent 90 minutes o hold with Hertz try to drop off a car to their location .I was told there was no drop box,as I sat in the lot a woman return another car an showed me where the drop box was located.I was a nightmare,will never rent from Hertz again. The weekend staff was horrible on the phone..I was transferred to Road side assistance and placed of hold for 90 minutes finally hung up when the other car was returned.10.0 Wonderful
