Check in/out was quick. Car was clean with a full tank. This location was ideal for me. I'll be renting from here from now on.

Beware from this location. I booked a 7-seater SUV, but when I reached there, the person there offered me 5-seater rav4. He kept saying that it was also an SUV and I said I specifically wanted 7-seater. He made me realize that's there was no point to argue with him. I just booked a highlander from Budget in Westfield (awesome service). Only regret I have is I wasted an hour here and I would never rent from this location.

First of all, I booked for SUV but they provided me Dodge Caravan (VAN). I contacted Hertz corporate support couple of times but they advise to call local facility without giving any proper resolution. The next morning (Saturday) went to office and found they were closed on weekend. So I had to deal with the VAN that I didn’t book. I registered SUV for a reason and they ruined my trip. I spoke to local Hertz manager when went to return the VAN . He tried to convince me without acknowledging that was their fault and was questioning why I felt uncomfortable with the given car. Just not argue with him, accepted $65.00 vouchers. This is the worst experience I ever have with the car rental company named HERTZ. Wish them good luck.

Quick once I found it.The location is hard to find, the booth is tucked away inside a hotel lobby. No exterior signage that was clear to find the location, had to ask multiple people if they knew where the desk was and most people did not.

I guess since I made d reservations thru kayak the manager didn’t wantNothingManager was not helpful, didn’t offer d e pasa I went thru 2 toll both without paying bc there were no toll both. The car had a expats unit but he didn’t offer or told me how it work. Now I’m got to get a violation forward to my house

Reserved, confirmed rental ignored. "No car availaNOTHINGAfter reserving, confirming and entering all payment, driver's license info, etc., received a call 3 hours before scheduled pickup time that a car was unavailable! Left stranded requiring me to take Uber for transportation. Will NEVER use Hertz again!!! Refer this review to Dane Larsen, VP, KAYAK.
