They were slow with the vans for pick up; it took an hour + for check-in but the return was great. Loved the car and the guys at the check-out counter were nice.Reviewed Apr 5 2024

They gave away our car to another person and didn't say anything to us for 30 minutes. And then tried to give us two cars that were smaller than what we purchased. After an hour and 4 cars later we were given a car that was dirty and unwashed.Reviewed Mar 24 2024

Cons:I could not find the Easirental office, counter, anything at all, nobody in the car rental sector knew where it was. So I had to rent elsewhere.Reviewed Apr 20 2019

Pros:The staff was friendly. Both the renting and drop off procedure did not take much timeCons:For first time renters, the drop off location should have been explicitly stated at the time of pick up, which would have been helpful.Reviewed Mar 19 2019

Awful experience.Pros:The car we eventually got kept working and did not break down - that is the only nice thing I can say.Cons:The fact we were left standing outside at night for over and hour waiting on the shuttle service, that we were given a smaller car than that booked, that there were loads of extra charges we could do nothing about was appalling! No sprinkler in the car so could not wash windows! Problems dropping off car - no one at the return location. Lost so much time was late for my flight. Like others, what appeared to be a good deal was really not one. I will never use this company again!Reviewed Dec 30 2018

Pros:nothingCons:Can't find shuttle pick-up easily and it's far away. Shuttle is cramped. Poor customer service provided by the booking staff. Poorly defined conditions of sale -- not easily known that if not picking up car within 2 hours then sale is forfeited and no negotiation to change this. Flight delay lead to the rental agreement being voided and no other cars available. Very rude. Hearing other poeple that were returning cars, definitely recommend getting extra insurance coverage because they were changed a lot for a scratch that may have been there -- they don't do 'walk arounds' on the cars so you can't prove if damage has already been done. Would NOT recommend to anyone.Reviewed Jun 7 2018

Pros:Nothing really. The rental car pickup is not really "at" the airport. Dierctions to where their shuttle picks you up are non-existent. They tried to get us to rent a GPS, they brought out 3, none worked properly. Didn't take the GPS off the bill. The car was not advertised properly. Too small, sure it could "hold" six people, but forget luggage. Will never rent from them again.Reviewed May 26 2018

Easy, good valuePros:Great car, ready when we arrived, friendly staffCons:Car was not full of fuel when rented. We however didn't notice until 30 km away. Called them and sent pic of fuel gauge but never heard back. Had no choice but to return full. No credit was given. Annoying.Reviewed Jun 12 2017

Would not recommendPros:NothingCons:After traveling from California to visit my family in Ireland ( three flights & 20 hours travel time)- nobody could tell me where the Easirent shuttle picked up from. Finally, I learned There us a legal issue between Easirent & The airport as they have failed to pay service charge for picking up & dropping travelers ioff. When I finally reached them, they hung up on me. When I called back they said they didn't have a vehicle for me despite the fact that I reserved it over five months prior. The representative recommended I contact some of the other rental companies at the airport. as Easirent couldn't help me. Of course none of the other rental agencies had vehicles available at such short notice. One of them informed me that I was the third traveler they met that day with a similar story after Easirsnt failed to provide a vehicle. Sixt was able to accommodate me for a 10 day rental but not that day. I had to take a cab to my parents home & pick up my 10 day rental from Sixt a couple of days later. I wonder how the other two travelers fared? I typically rent from Sixt or Dan Dooley as Invidit Ireland every 6 months. I will never make the mistake of renting from Easirent againReviewed Jun 8 2017

Cons:I ordered and paid for an automatic, but they only had a manual transmission. Therefore I had to overpay for the manual they gave me, and said customer service would resolve it. The customer service group has not responded to my messages.Reviewed Jun 4 2017

Pros:It was a good quality car. No problems with the vehicle.Cons:The vehicle we reserved (an automatic) was not available and they were really sketchy on the reasoning. When we called for the shuttle about an hour or so after we had landed (our flight was a bit delayed) they said they were out of automatics because we were late. We ended up taking the manual, and when I asked them what happened while I was at the counter, they said "there were a lot of accidents this week so they sold out of automatics." I said well then that means they weren't all out because I was late, doesn't it? And he got rather flustered. It felt like a bait and switch, and would have been extremely problematic if I wasn't able to drive a manual as the other rental companies were charging 1.5x what I had booked for.Reviewed May 29 2017
