Charged us a ridiculous amount of money for a 2 mm scratch on the rim of one tire which we claimed was there when we picked up. We didn’t think it at all significant to report at pick up. And now we are being charged for it which was always there.Reviewed Jul 11 2026

Totally misleading, quoted $125 for the car then pushed us to take a bigger car and wouldn’t accept the insurance we already had. Total got to almost $1,000 after they added their insurance. Cancelled and went with Budget. Got a very nice car with insurance for $600. Stay far away!Reviewed Mar 25 2024

The wait time at Dublin Airport is ridiculous. The staff push you to upgrade services, like adding unnecessary additional insurance, and to pay more for a car with an automatic. They also said they had photographed the damage on the car, but had not photographed all damage, I insisted they photograph the car completely.Reviewed Oct 2 2023
