Bring proof of your insurance
Pros: It was easy to return the car and the shuttle drivers made sure we knew where to go. There wasn't a long wait to pick up the car.
Cons: I thought I had insurance coverage through my credit card but when I got to the counter I didn't have the "right" paperwork. They stated I had to have insurance for the car through them. The cost ended up being doubled.

Pros: It was easy to actually get the car. All the people that work for Europcar at the Dublin airport were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The car itself was as described, and worked out well for out travels in Ireland
Cons: When we were at the Europcar counter they insisted that the basic insurance doesn't cover much. We ended up paying triple the amount for the car rental over the original quoted price. The insurance needs to be better explained upfront and identified in the true cost of the car.

Cons: Beware booking through kayak. The car rentalI booked did not have the mandatory minimum insurance requirements for car rental in Ireland and as result I had to paid double what was originally quoted.

Price problem, and mystic accident !!!
Pros: The car is ok, not bad. Not trouble during the rent. The car has been clean.
Cons: The difference between my booking price and the real price I have already paid. I need to look for a explication about. Tax ? Insurance? ?? I don't know, I have already asked directly Europcar about, I hope I will have answer early. Beside, when I returned the car, the Europcar employee asked about accident on front driver door, little scratch less than 3 cm. I tried to explain I didn't check the car with worker when I took the car, and the scratch is on the car before, but he said me the opposite. But, when I took the car 12/04/2017, I tried to put this scratch in the contract, and the office employee explained me all accident, impact and scratch have put in the report during the car drop off with the costumer before. So, when I picked up the car, total price with insurance is very expensive than the booking price ( because they add taxes, insurances....) and, when I returned the car, Europcar worker put in the report "mystic accident". Consequently, I send you my dissatisfaction about this rental car.
