Old car with 82k on it. Clutch was very hard.
Pros: They were able to provide us with the car that fit our luggage.
Cons: They forced us to buy collision insurance. They did not accept our visa insurance coverage. What a scam....

    Ireland Car Rental Fiasco!
Pros: I liked the fact I thought we had an affordable option to rent a Car in Iteland via Kayak. Read the little writing and research! There are 2-3 additional Insurance "Optional" Coverages you have to still purchase as the coverage of your credit card does not count in Ireland, unless you have a "World Master Card". The "Optional" Insurance Coverages are good enough to get You down to a 2,000€ -5,000€ Credit Card "Hold" Deposit for the Car. Unfortunately, I watched a lot of folks at the Car Rental counters at the Dublin Airport in total "Shock" about having to agree to a 2000€ - 10,000€ Credit Card "Hold" Deposit along with about an additional 1,000€ "Optional" Insurance Coverages. I was lucky enough to find Auto Europe and rented a Car through them with only a 300€ Credit Card "Hold" Deposit. It was so easy! I also took out a very inexpensive Car Higher Insurance Policy with Worldwide Insurance that covered for about 39€ that provided a lot of good "just in case" Coverage that included 50,000€ just for the Car. Good Luck! Chris
