Pros: fast friendly people, good car
Cons: returning the car, the signage as to where to park the car was not good at all, wasted time looking to the place to park the car.

Pros: I liked they car itself and the price was good. But they do cut overhead to allow the good price.
Cons: Customer service was terrible. The office is very small, cramped, and full of irate customers. You have to go into the office to return the car--and they are seriously understaffed. There was a very long line with only one register. They also provide very little guidance. The experience of returning the car took about 45 minutes. I felt that Kayak should issue a warning--"If contracting with with Payless, please allow for an extra hour." I felt terrible for the Payless staff--they seem to do their best in difficult circumstances. It must be a terrible place to work.

When I returned the car , there were 2 employees n
Pros: The pick up , nice and clean car
Cons: They charged me to much. They charged me tax more than the price of the rent . When I asked them why the first one called Lenishian couldn't answer me well and I think she hasn't experience and the second one called Marge answered me take the recipe and go out. When I asked them that I like to talk to the manager the second one answered the manager isn't here then she left out, the first one said the manager can't talking to you now.
