It was excellent, some delays but, I understand that’s not on the airline.

Significant unexplained delay in boarding caused me to nearly miss connecting flight. Cabin crew was helpful in expediting deplaning and gate notification .

My bag was gate checked in Seattle and I was told it would be at the end of the walkway when I arrived in Idaho. It was not and I had to get it from baggage claim. Southwest Airlines will gate check a bag even if they have room for it in the cabin. I like that a lot. Seattle Airport is not that easy to maneuver. Indianapolis is one of the easiest airports to navigate.

Stewards were kind. Very generous with the refreshment service. First time flying with Alaska.

First flight one hour late, return on time. On both flights everybody were just great Seats comfortable. No complaints, just , 2 good flights. Like flying Alaska Airlines.

The polite and professional environment created and reflected by their staff and crew. I wish their were more than cartoned water, but it is what it is.

Plane narrows toward back of flight. Seats small. No snack options. I cookie pack going. 1 pretzel pack on return. No in flight entertainment for long flight.

It was difficult in SNA to hear the gate announcements due to muffled voice and fire alarm ringing.

They reassigned my aisle seat to someone else without noticing me and gave me a middle seat....

Flight went well, 2 hour delay was disappointing but understandable if there was a maintenance issue.

Your computers were down and took a long time to check baggage

Southwest has lost most of what made it special. The flight attendants all used to seem fun and like they were having fun. Now they seem just miserable. They do NOT seem happy to give you your pretzels and drinks. They stick it in your hand or on your tray like it's an annoyance. They bark safety instructions at you. It's not just this flight but the last few SW flights I've had to SNA and SAN as well and it's not just me. I've informally surveyed my colleagues (business and leisure travelers) and these feelings are consistent. The tickets are similarly priced to other carriers and the seat assignments make boarding slower. The free luggage and free ability to change flights is still a differentiator. You lose that and there's virtually nothing special left.

Flight attendant skipped about 6 rows for drink service. I got a side eye when I asked for a drink - like it was an inconvenience or my mistake. He shouldn't be on a flight if he doesn't like his job and doesn't have customer service first attitude.

The entire crew were wonderful but 1 flight attendant stood out with his sense of humor on the microphone. I told him as much as I exited the plane.

They did not fix the wifi that they knew was an issue on an earlier flight. The flight was filled with business people that were clearly frustrated not being able to work. That can’t happen on a 3 1/2 hour flight. Would rather have been delayed a bit.

The WiFi did not work three hours of productivity lost. 15 people from the firm were on the flight. Loss of revenue

Very rude stewardess; there was a senior citizen woman next to me who asked the stewardess for help getting her purse out of the overhead bin, and it was as though she asked the stewardess for $1M . . . . I was shocked how rude that stewardess was. The stewardess also refused to get the senior citizen woman a drink about half way thru the flight, telling her that we were almost landing . . . . that stewardess made my flight (and in particular the flight of the senior citizen next to me) very uncomfortable

Overall good experience...exception: very cold temp in teh cabin.

I liked how it boarded fast. I do not like how the seats are just too narrow, and I’m not a big person.

Stop asking fir people to check carry on and then bind are free. Then the wait to get your luggage is ridiculous. This particular flight came with a 45 min wait, after waiting in tarmac waiting for a gate inhaling jet exhaust. And how about those landings?! Do the pilots not know the earth is coming up under the descending plane?! This is the only airline I get sick on. Every. Time.

Had to deplane 2 x due to problems with plane. Delayed over 6 hours ans was given a $12 food credit which barely oaud for anything and limited to wear incoukd redeem.

After boarding the plane had to wait an hour at the for the copilot to show up before we could depart

No beverage/snack service without any explanation or reason. Late boarding and delayed flight.

There was overbooking that delayed boarding. Then an airport emergency lockdown that caused further delays in boarding. However the time was made up during flight and there was a minimal delay in landing. Everything else was excellent.

Very crowded and the economy seats were the smallest and with the least legroom I have ever experienced. Cabin staff were excellent although the food service was chaotic as they were being each person their food individually instead of from the wagon.

Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.

The cabin and bathroom experience was poor as the cabin and bathroom were dirty and showed signs of an older plane that had not been updated for Customer’s, comfort and health. There was gum on my seat when I arrived and dirt spots around the fan and light controls. The flight was almost entirely full, so there was no way I could be moved from my seat. Th bathroom had the peeling paint.

Wifi worked inconsistently; outlet to charge computer did not work.

Gate agent in LAS named Juliett should win an award for excellent customer service.

Plane arrived an hour before departure. Plane was completely boarded and ready for push back when they decided they needed to change a tire. 1 hour delay on the plane when this could have been done before we got on the plane.

Flights was great, service and transit support was outstanding - but the food was limited and of poor quality - only a snack on the first hour for 2 hours 1/2 leg. and a light breakfast on the second 4 hour leg.

The seats are very small, that is all the staff did a good job.

It was great. The staff is always helpful and polite. The app is great and makes the whole trip and process so easy. They even offer a step to step guide to your correct terminal. And they keep all the information you'll need updated. Anything you can think of! Great experience.

The employees seemed impatient with their guests. It seemed like they were giving us orders, instead of easily assisting. Our flight was delayed waiting on a flight attendant. It was alright.

We missed our connection flying back from the Middle Wast because we were misdirected by a United employee. We had purchased first class tickets, but had to need up taking a later flight that got us in to our destination at 1:00am after a long Internatinal flight and we had to sit in the back of the plane in cramped coach seats with little padding.

The flight from Frankfurt to Pisa was cancelled and we were rebooked to route through London. The flight to London was delayed for maintenance issues and we missed our connection flight. Lufthansa automatically rebooked my wife on the next flight but I was not rebooked. I spent over an hour trying to get onto the flight. Ultimately my wife’s gate checked bag from Washington did not arrive in Pisa and remained in London. Very bad experience overall.

Perfect. On time and the weather was perfect so we came in a few minutes early.

My TV didn’t work I couldn’t watch any movies, but I was at least able to share with another passenger.

Flight was 2+ hours delayed and they “misplaced” all 3 of our checked-in bags.

It was freezing in the cabin. That's on me to be better prepared in the future.

Overall, really good experience, on time and the comfort was there. Wi-Fi was easy to connect

Flight was delayed 5 hours only to be cancelled at 1:30am. I did not get on the rescheduled flight because of worry it would be delayed (which it was). I needed to drive home. Horrible.

When there are many passengers who are going to miss a connecting flight, they always say please let them off first. But the flight attendant never manages that part of the process. It would be helpful if they would repeat that and stress that to the other passengers.

After lack of help in Philadelpha made us late to board our flight to akansas City, our flight to Kansas City was very good. And the flight attendants were also very good. The only thing that sucked was problems with assistance in Philadelphia caused our bags not to arrive.

The flight from Chicago to Orlando was delayed inordinately. My whole journey from Lansing to MCO took 9.5 hours is just annoying and frustrating. We can understand the delays may be beyond their control, but overall the journey was so much waiting until reached to MCO. This is NOT the first time for me - but at least 80% of the time in this route. I barely remember reaching places on time.
