No wifi, seems to be very common with Southwest currently. Everything else was normal.
Poor customer service, no accommodation for passengers when the flight was delayed over 5 hours.
Friendly crew kept coming by to make sure all was ok, provide additional refreshments, etc.
It was good. Last flight was delayed but I always say that is in God's plan
Red eye from San Diego. Temperature of the cabin was way too warm and the air duct flowed very little air.
Overall good, just screaming kids in the area the whole flight.
My experience will Southwest was good. I wish there was more entertainment and the boarding process was slow at time but other than that my experience was great definitely will be flying with SouthWest again.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, meaning that a flight to Dwnver which should have arrived at 11pm came into the airport at 1 am. Made for a very long day.
I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure

It was insanely hot on the flight - especially before takeoff and then when we landed - but I was literally sweating in flight.
The flight was very late departing the gate, for unknown reasons.
Baggage pickup in Seattle took over an hour. We were told one, then moved to another, and then back to the original. What should have taken 15 minutes took over an hour. When waiting to board our flight in Seattle to return to DC, we were sent to 4 different gates before finding the right gate. I have walked every inch of Sea-Tac Airport. The actual flights were great. The rest, not so good. "Ain't no way to run a railroad."
It was awful. I will never appreciate this type of connection where i have to wait 12 hours which turned into 18 hours due to Alaska's delays after flying over 15hours already. The 15 hours already made my body suffer as soon as I deplaned. I struggled to breath and was about to faint,but being alone, I tried to hold on my carry on luggage I wasn't able to take it anymore, so I informed the airport people who then assisted me. My husband had to book me a $200 hotel room so I can rest. I stayed for only 4 hours in that expensive hotel in order to catch my 8 in the morning flight to Spokane only for it to be delayed until 2:17. We finally left LAX before 3pm. Alaska was also inconsistent with their gate assignments. Our first gate was 64A, after the delay they sent us an email that the next gate was 68,but the arrival and departure board showed gate 60. When I asked the desk 60 agents, they said it will be gate 61. All these experience contributed to my exhaustion and stress which affected my heart and well being.
Room is great! Excellent value. Boarding & service extremely good. Food was the worst I’ve ever had on a plane.
Multi gate changes and flight delay were irritating. Food on board was terrible and expensive for what was offered.
Flight canceled. Had to fly in the evening out of lax instead of 10am out of Burbank
Overall the experience was good. Check in at the bag drop was challenging as the system was having issues and there was only one attendant helping the passengers. My personal experience was okay as it was straight forward but there were many who were having issues. The flight was good. I did not use the in flight entertainment very much as I had brought my own but it seemed to work well.
Alaska changed their departure time 4 (!!!) times, then couldn't find my luggage from a direct flight from Spokane to Portland. There were 11 passengers who didn't get our luggage & had to wait 40 minutes for Alaska to find our luggage. Alaska should reimburse everyone their airfare for such inexcusable service.
Poor communication, we sat on the plane for an hour before pushing back. They were oversold and with a full plane kept looking for someone to step off for someone else to board. So after an hour wait at the gate we missed our departure window and proceeded to spend an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a refiled flight plan according to the pilots. Occasional updates, somewhat insensitive crew to passengers needing to use the lavatory (it was 2 hrs beyond what anyone expected). Overall just poor execution...especially when the flight was listed as "arriving early" up until about 30 minutes past our departure time.
No tv. No free wifi. They need to ipgrade these planes - especially on a 2 hour flight.

Staff is friendly and helpful but flight was delayed by one hour from Detroit, making for tight window in Toronto to clear Canada Customs and pass through security screening in order to get to connecting flight on time.
Delta staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. However, the first two of three flight legs were delayed making connections tentative and stressful.
Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
First flight was delayed which resulted in missing our connecting. As a result class was downgraded to economy on a later flight.
My son’s suitcase was left behind at SFO and did not make the flight.
Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway
Chaotic boarding at these gates, multiple gates squeezed in at the very end of a concourse, behind a restaurant. Agents gave up on boarding by individual zones. Flight itself was uneventful, which is all we hope for any more.
It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM
Not a bad flight but a long delay boarding and taking off due to the pilot not arriving on time.
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Delayed 2 hours while stuck on the aircraft. If the luggage was properly loaded the first time we probably wouldn’t have been delayed at all
My TV didn’t work I couldn’t watch any movies, but I was at least able to share with another passenger.

The ground closures and flight delays were unwelcome. I think the captain did what he could to manage expectations for the delays, but the stress level increasing in the cabin was palpable with every announcement. It may be obvious to those who fly frequently, but if the ground is closed for us to get to a gate, it's also closed for connecting flights to leave. Other passengers were so stressed they were rude. A bit further explanation could have helped.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
They have overselled the ticket and kicked me out from boarding, All my Plans were collapsed and important network meeting missed.also I booked direct flight i have to go through an 1 stop and it was frustrated.

Patrons with larger bags were asked to check the bags when boarding. Seems like the most effective, and least costly way, way to successfully use the cramped space.
Like all planes recently, entertainment is achieved by giving the patron free WiFi and letting them stream shows via the screen on a phone or tablet.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
My seat had a worn out cushion, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the flight was excellent.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
