There were 6 empty extra room seats behind us and when my husband asked if we could sit there after the plane door closed and nobody was clearly sitting there the flight attendant said SURE YOU CAN PAY TO SIT THERE. I prefer to arrive early and go through the process before most people arrive. There should be a bag drop off line separate from the general line. The trays on the plane were too small for me to work. The space between the rows was too restricted to open my lap top."

As a result she made me gate check it (no cost at least)...trying to keep a 2 year old in a seat for 3 hours with a lap belt that doesn't fit tightly doesn't seem like the best option. After we landed and I retrieved the seat, I spoke with the attendant and respectfully pointed out that it was in fact certified for aircraft. She apologized and accepted the feedback."

Because I am small, and seated next to a giant person who didn't upgrade to a size appropriate seat, I was forced due to full flight to endure the flight in 3/4 of my seat. I felt that if I were a larger MAN, they would have MOVED ME to another seat. They could have had this guy sit in the row behind with a Mom and a 4 yr old which would have been simple fix and not a safety issue for trying to exit my seat or row with this guy in it nor uncomfortable for the two woman sandwiched with him in middle seat."
