It was great, except when i was exited with my vehicle, one of the agent was very disrespectful and underestimate me as a customer. when i was leaving with my own vehicle he dare to tell me that was not my vehicle he questioned that i was leaving with Alamo vehicle even though i presented my registration. However, i was with my daughter and i was in a good mood i did not start a scene.Reviewed Aug 29 2026

Very good last minute prices. The cleanliness of the car wasn't great, especially inside. But the workers were nice and the rental experience was seamless. Picking up and dropping off at Boston airport is a challenge, but Alamo can't be blamed for that.Reviewed Jul 24 2026
