Pros: Helpful agent
Pros: It’s Kayak that is poor. Booked the reservation at an Enterprise location that is closed. That left us with no car. We went to 2 other locations until, 4 hours later, we finally got a car. What a miserable experience and a terrible start to our vacation.
Cons: Start with booking us at a real location. Inexcusable that there is no telephone support at Kayak for situations like this. We were on our own to fix Kayak’s mistake. Never again
Pros: The vehicle was very clean and drop off was easy.
Cons: What could have been better? Well for starters, the car I reserved could have been available when I arrived so that I wouldn't be forced to take a van. Originally I was told my car would arrive in 10 minutes so I waited 30 minutes before asking for an update, and then was told my car wouldn't arrive for another 1.5 hours. I had no confidence that if I didn't take the van, then I would sit in the parking garage all day.
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to adjust pickup and drop off time very easily just by calling office direct.
Cons: Car only had 1/4 gas at pickup
Pros: Drop was super easy, just parked the car and dropped the keys in a box.
Cons: Didn't like having to hand my id and credit card 2x to 2x different people.

Pros: Car was great.
Cons: I was charged an underage fee which was supposed to be waived given the ongoing pandemic. The only reason I choose Enterprise was because their website explicitly stated that the underage fee was being waived until May. When I told them they had overcharged me they had no idea about this fee, they were stunned to see it all over their website. They sent me a corrected receipt. However, when the charge came out of my bank account, it was the original fee, not the correct fee taken. 70$ extra taken from the account. When I emailed about it, they did not respond.
Pros: The car was ready and clean and what we asked for.
Cons: The drop off was closed and we had to take it to the airport and then spend $15 on an Uber. When I called the number for Enterprise they told me someone would drive me back to my destination but that did not happen. It all worked out but I spent more money than I wanted to.
Cons: I did not pick up this rental, kayak never sent me a confirmation for my rental and when I called enterprise to cancel they said I won’t be charged if I don’t pick up the car.
Pros: Staff and customer service
Pros: quick and efficient and no bullshit from staff to buy extras... Awesome service!
Cons: The truck I rented had a smell of smoke which was a little bit off-putting.I was surprised to know that my truck was four-wheel drive and we did encounter a snow storm during our trip so that was helpful.
