    Good service overall...but...
    Pros: Registering using the kiosk and getting to the car in the airport lot was a breeze. No complaints about the car itself. The return process was also very smooth.
    Cons: What I didn't like is the pressure to upsell to a bigger car. The agent who identified the intermediate class car (for which I had signed up) kept pushing about getting me into a full size car.

    Great deal, as long as you don't need to make any
    Pros: Quick and convenient pick-up Clean and comfortable car Friendly lot attendants
    Cons: We needed to extend our rental, due to unexpected changes in our travel plans. The company wanted to charge us 190-ish dollars to do so. However, if we got a different car from the same company via an on-line booking it was only 60-ish dollars. We made multiple calls to try to save both us and the company the hassle of returning/cleaning the old car and needing to transfer all of our things to the new car but no-one was able to help us with this. Seems like the car company was more interested in making a buck then doing something sensible. And because decisions are made high up in the company, there was no one who could make an exception for us. We were also very frustrated by needing to pay $12 a day for a an EZ pass even if we didn't accrue that amount in tolls.

    Cons: I didn't even get to rent the car, because I was below 25 and I couldn't get a van or a car that fits 6 people. I had actually called the night before to make sure that a 22 year old can rent a van or a large SUV that fits 6, and I was told that there wasn't any issue.

    one problem after another
    Cons: I picked up my car and it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned inside. I was told it was full with gas. When I got it and went to check out I realized the tank was 1/2 full. I reported it to the gentleman at the exit gate and he said he would make the adjustment. It was pouring rain and the left windshield wiper( the driver side) didn't work very well at all. The 3rd day I had the car the check engine light came on. I returned it to a local agency and all they had was a smelly old van. I had no other choice so I took it. When I arrived back to the airport to turn it in I was told an adjustment was never made about the gas tank being 1/2 empty!!
