Pros: Staff is always super friendly and helpful at this location and the car was really clean.
Cons: I wish that Hertz was clearer about dropping off after hours. If you must drop off your car after 10PM, just leave it in the Dollar/Thrifty section on the 4th level. I didn't know about this, and all of the signs there say that Hertz has no dropoff after 10 PM. My car wasn't due until the morning, but I got back at 11:30 PM. So, I left the parking lot - paid the parking fee of $10 bucks and returned the car the next morning, when the agent informed me of the other option - which would have saved me time and money.
Pros: closed dropoff - that's ok, I knew about that. But the car was an absolute gouge price. With COVID other transportation is not available to my area from Boston - a rental for 40 miles and $108 is outrageous.
Cons: Get honest with price.
Pros: The drop off was very easy and the customer service was easy and proactive!
Cons: I booked a SUV and when I got there they had no car for me! They gave me a much smaller and old car to drive to the airport location to exchange to a SUV. When I got there the agent told me she had to ask the manager first because they don’t do exchanges! However, they did exchange it for me and she told me I had to pay for the gas because the car I returned was empty. They gave me a car with empty gas tank. The communication between the locations has to get better.
Pros: Easy process. Nice people.
Cons: The car itself was not good (Nissan Altima). Weird noises, bad steering, lots of alerts on the dash (frontal collision alerts were going off, seat belt light blinking). The air didn’t keep the windshield free from frost and there was no usb power outlet. Overall I should have chosen a different vehicle.
Pros: Excellent customer service. Extended rental time experience was terrific.
Pros: Agent at destination was fine.......Experience at arrival at Logan Airport in Boston was horrible -- see below).
Cons: The pick-up process was horrendous -- 1:00 am, 1 person working and I was 8th in line -- after 20 minutes, I was 5th in line. They were totally unprepared for customers, each or whom had reservations (I checked), and the agent took glee in shmoozing with each customer to the distress and bewilderment of those of us waiting our turn. For the largest provider of car rentals, Hertz has no idea of how to provide efficient and appropriate customer service, especially for those of us who have traveled 8+ hours to arrive at the end of our flight. When I informed the agent at my drop-off destination in Barnstable Airport of my experience, he relied that he hears a lot of that from his customers. Nice job, Hertz, this qualifies you for a job at HHS in the Trump Administration......
Pros: Everything went smoothly. Possibility to drop off car after opening hours.
Pros: Helpful staff member upgraded my rental for almost nothing!
Cons: Big Infiniti was a complex vehicle - would be nice if it came with a cheat sheet on simple controls.
Pros: The check in staff at the counter were very friendly and made the check in process easy and quick. The return process was also efficient!
Cons: Did not like the Toyota Corolla we picked out - our fault! We should have chosen another vehicle. This one was uncomfortable and very basic.

Cons: Let me know that van is FlexFuel before I drive off. Return was inefficient. I was second of 10 cars to pull in same time, and they processed the last one in line first.
Cons: Did not explain how to use the ez pass
Cons: They charged me $148 for my husband to drive the car. Even tho we have the same insurance policy and only one driver can drive the car at a time. Rip off. Never again hertz.
