The staff was fast, efficient and very friendly. The entire pickup took 5 minutes and drop off took 3 minutes. They were great.Cons:
It would have been nice if there was an after hours drop off possibility since the site closes at 5pm but I understand that’s difficult at this time. In the end we made it back 5 minutes before 5pm, thankfully.10.0 Wonderful

I had a Chevy Equinox, drove it entirely normally (no speeding), but an hour into my journey I received a message that said 'engine power reduced' with no explanation. That's a car manufacturer issue, not Enterprise's, but it only had 3,000 miles on it, so it was alarming.Avis

Cons:
The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was in a hurry, and the attendant walked away after giving me the keys, so I didn't have time to find someone to see if I could exchange the car. However, the smell was so strong we had to drive with the windows down the entire 4 hour trip.10.0 Wonderful

The car's oil change indicator was triggered when I picked up the car. The car's tank was also only filled halfway upon pickup. I expected the tank to be full when I picked up the car, so that was very disappointing.9.2 Wonderful

When I arrived there was an issue with the scanner; my name didn't pop up when I returned the car, and as a result I had to wait around while they figured it out, but no one ever explained the issue to me.Ace

The E-ZPass in the car didn’t work after I was told repeatedly that it would be available and I had to stop and pay tolls in cash. The car was also not very clean and only came with a half tank of gas which was inconvenient.3.6 Poor

Everything else, the car was filled with sand, it was given to me on little to no gas, I was unaware of the 30 min grace period on my reservation Causing me to rush to get the rental or lose my reservation, the location does not have any indication that it’s a thrifty location added with having hertz employees and signs.2.0 Poor

The key remote to the car was Given to us low on battery so we had to manually do a lot because the key barely worked. The car wasn’t washed in or out which is pretty scary considering the pandemic. The car was given to us with less than even a quarter tank.Cons:

Advertised at airport, but it was off location. Had to pay an additional $30 to leave the car in long term parking since the office was closed (at 3pm on a Monday) after being told they should have been open! Labor Day! The cars are Filthy inside out. they don't take time to clean them, i had to change 3 cars to finally agree on one. the first one had a bold tires, the second one had scratches all over the car but you can't determine the damages as the body is dirty. the last one was OK with a bad tire sensor that kept displaying an error every time you start the car plus a change oil message that kept prompting. If i have time i would report them to the BBB. Not worth the money i paid. VERY disappointing that kayak list them on their website. i use to trust kayak!Good to know
