Absolutely the worst!! It took over 2 hours in line in a dark underground parking lot in 90 degree heat to get the car and I was informed this wasn't out of the ordinary. My 1 year old and I had to go down 3 more levels into an even darker corner of the lot to actually get the car. We waited here for another 20 mins. Completely awful experience! The directions to pickup and drop off the car were confusing and the signage in the garage was poor. The check in process was slow, though I wisely arrived very early and didn't have to wait long. There were no complications with the reservation itself, though, and I got my car without too much trouble.Reviewed Jul 8 2025

It was clear vehicles are not cleaned or evaluated for road worthiness between rentals. First vehicle I rented had such a bad cigarette smell it was unbearable to sit in the vehicle. They had tried to put in air fresheners in the vehicle, but that only made the smell worse. In addition there was paint pen writing on all the windows, not sure the reason behind this. I had to ask the attendant to remove the paint on the windows otherwise it would have been unsafe to drive. I requested a vehicle change because this one was unsatisfactory. They didn't have any other vehicles in stock so I had to go to another location to change the vehicle for a new one. Once I drove 45 mins and picked up the second vehicle that new one immediately had issues. One of the tires had a slow leak and it cause met to have to stop 3 times to refill the tire on my way to my destination. Again this vehicle was unclean as well. One of the seats was covered in syrup. Overall a poor experience and I will not be renting from them again.Reviewed Oct 13 2024

Got there and they didn’t have CARS! Not just didn’t have the car I had “reserved”. They had NO CARS AT ALL. So it completely threw a wrench at all my plans because I could get anything, had to scramble to try to make it on time to my friend’s wedding in PA (didn’t make it on time). Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The lady from the office there didn’t seem to care not even a little. Didn’t provide options, call other offices to see if someone else had a car, nothing. I will of course never be trying to rent there again and maybe recommend this to somebody I really despise.Reviewed Sep 23 2024

The location was easy to get to. The price was great. The car had just been washed when I picked it up- there was still water dripping from it. I was not warned about the extra deposit at pickup but it was refunded the day I returned the car.Reviewed Oct 20 2023
