There is no such thing as having an "appointment" to pick up a car. I showed up at my appointment time and had to wait for an hour because they didn't have any Cars. Additionally, I called corporate customer service to request to pick up the car earlier than my scheduled time to which two separate people on 2 different days confirmed, only to be told by a 3rd person on the Day of pick up that changing appointment times was against company policy. The phone number listed on the business website was sent to an automated Verizon message without a voicemail.Reviewed Jul 18 2024
