Not what I reaerved
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Could not pick up the car where reserved. Had to wait until the next day to pick up the car at the Las Vegas airport and Budget raised the price.

Was not told correct information at drop off
Pros: Easy pick up. Location close to me. Pricing good.
Cons: At drop off, told no courtesy late time. Found out later it is 29 minutes. Also told that I picked up car at 4PM as per contract. That time was the original reservation time I signed up for. I never got to the location until 4:20PM. I returned the car right around 4:50PM. Timing was so close that I cannot say if I returned within the 29 minutes or not. I was told the late fee was $31.50 per hour. Since renting the car another day was $31, I elected to take the car out another day. I may have brought the car back late but it seems I was still screwed over by the service person's lack of knowledge or lying to me.
