Pros: staff was so efficient, everything was a breeze
Cons: I had car for 4 hours and it cost $38, if I had rented it a day later the cost nearby was $20 so a lower cost would have been nice but overall can't complain

Pros: The vehicle I booked was available upon pick up. The service was friendly and efficient and the vehicle was presented in a first class condition.
Cons: I have nothing to ad here as the overall experience was quite pleasing.

Cons: This is the 2nd time in a row when we reserved a "Hyundai Sante Fe or similar" and they didn't have one. In both cases, they gave us free upgrade to a bigger car. The Nissan Murano last time was nice. The Dodge Durango this time was great -- except the fuel consumption!!! Very costly to fuel this vehicle at 10 MPG! Also, in both cases, we were given cars without much gas. This time, we were smart enough to look before leaving and pointed it out to Lauren. Only 3/8 of a tank of gas. Last time, I didn't notice until I'd left Enterprise, so we just 'sucked it up' and returned the vehicle full even though it was far from full when we received it. The salesperson needs to check this with the customer every time. Also, salesperson should tell us which kind of fuel to use.

Bad experience
Pros: Car is ok
Cons: They gave us a car and was hurried to leave, without checking to make everything right. We had some issues after we got to another city. They told us we can use our coupon when we drop off, but when we dropped off another people said we can't. They said they will figure out for us, but it's been a week our account is still locked and the one promised he will figure out the next day is out. They don't seem to be helping at all

Pros: I actually put the wrong date on our reservation. The gentleman at the front desk handled it with ease and grace. We were in and out almost instantly.
