Car Battery was broken
Cons: The car battery was broken upon rental - though it worked for the first 1/2 day. After 12 hours of having the car, it wouldn't start. I got a jump from roadside assistance who told me to drive straight back to the car rental to get a new car and to not shut the engine off. So this took several hours on a short research trip I was making to Puerto Rico. I did not have time to waste. Upon arrival to the rental. They offered to switch out the battery, but I said I preferred a new car of a different make (since they had initially given me a car much larger and less energy efficient than I had booked and because I didn't want another model of the car that had just failed me). Instead of offering to compensate me for the inconvenience and lack of safety of the car they initially rented me - which I was stuck in the middle of a road with because I just turned it off for a second when trying to park and then it would not start again - they tried to charge me for the gas 1/4 tank of gas I used. I did not fill the car up because I was instructed to not turn the engine off. I've never filled a tank with the engine on. That does not seem safe. They also initially fought me when I suggested I should be compensated. The wait was very long at this rental place. Everyone was unhappy with their services around me. I am supposed to hear back about compensation for the dangerous car they gave me - but am still waiting. I asked again when returning and was met with a more kind reply.

Pros: It was a last minute rental and everything was set I'm very pleased. Very cheap car and shuttle service on time everything perfect!
Cons: Maybe the cost of the toll bar rental higher than the car rental cost

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Pros: THE GOOD LOOKING SHUTTLE DRIVER, THAT'S IT!
Cons: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE, NOT GREETED, NOT SERVICED QUICKLY ALTHOUGH NO ONE WAS THERE EXCEPT ANOTHER CLIENT WHO WAS WAITING A WHILE TO RETURN A CAR. THE LADY DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGED EITHER ONE OF US WHILE SHE WAS ON HER COMPTER. SOMEHOW I WAS ASKED TO PAY FOR $60 EXTRA IN TOLL FEES THAT WAS "OPTIONAL". I ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER OPTIONS AS I KNOW I WILL NOT SPEND $60 IN TOLLS BECAUSE THE WEST COAST DOESN'T HAVE TOLL BOOTHS. SHE REPLIED, "NOT REALLY, UNLESS YOU GO LOCAL"...SHE DIDN'T TELL ME I CAN GO TO THE LOCAL GAS STATION AND BUY A $10 TOLL CARD. SHADY, UNHELPFUL, AND WHEN I RETURNED SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT, AND I HAD TO SAY I WASNT LEAVING WITHOUT ONE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Good car, good service.
Pros: The service. From Lisa Rivera who was great to the people who actually delivered a clean car.
