Actually nothing, I am completely disappointed in the Hertz location at IAH

Cons:

I received a call at the last minute on Wednesday indicating that Hertz would not fulfill my request on Thursday morning. After calling around all other stores in Houston, I was unable to obtain a car. TERRIBLE Customer service.

I received a call the morning i was supposed to pick up the vehicle, that they didn't have it available. This call was at 9:00 am and was to pick up the vehicle at 2:30. Called cust. service and explained the situation, but they had nothing to say except "sorry" and wasnt able to help me.
