Major runaround, they would not accept that my credit card carried car insurance (as if World Mastercard is obscure) then the demand for an exorbitant deposit, basically the value of the car. I had no choice but to walk away. There were three customers in the shop while I was there, all three customers had an infuriating experience and walked away. If I had to guess, they simply didn’t have enough cars and were looking to see how much they could scam their customers for the cars they did have.

Firefly rental car in San Jose California is something that does not exist!! There was no pick up or drop off or any type of car rental. no such thing as firefly Rent-A-Car.
