They didn't have a car for us. I found out after landing there.

The whole experience was a complete debacle. Their virtual check in is a pain to deal with. The final price came to be 4x higher than the original reservation quote. The front door at the store has clear normal-ish business hours printed on it, which completely contradicts their advertised hours of 24/7.

We appreciated the constant communication. We were notified after making the reservations, checking in on us during the reservation and very helpful getting us to the airport when we got lost and was late returning the car Bryce was so kind and understanding We will use them again

They refused to honor the reservation price. They also refused to take the coverage I purchased through Kayak. I have full coverage on my own vehicle, which they also refused, stating they only accept Liberty Mutual or All State. I have Progressive. They offered to rent me a sedan (reservation was for an SUV) for one day (actually only 6 hours) with their coverage for $145, plus $200 hold. I have easily rented 20-30 vehicles over the past 20 years, have excellent credit and driving record, and am 45 years old. This is the strangest and least professional company I’ve ever experienced. It felt like a scam. I left and rented elsewhere.

I booked a car rental and immediately had to cancel it for other reasons, but I could not cencel from the rental company and the customer service agent never called me back.

No downtown pick up despite what was advertised. Had to take a taxi to the airport. Finding the the office was difficult - and then the car had warning might go off. When I returned it the staff had already disappeared!

The Car broke down and it wasn’t safe to drive. When you call to the only phone number listed is a call center and they didn’t provide any help at all
