They did not have the class of car but was able to offer a larger one instead, so I was overall okay with the experience. Wait was fairly long at 11:30AM (total ~45min wait).

Love that they are so responsive to communication and really appreciate the free upgrade to a Rav 4 as we ended up have 5 people to drive around and with luggage too.

Super easy, not that close to LAX but the shuttle was very easy and arrived in less than 5 mins for each transfer. Will definitely be booking from here again :)

This place is “offsite” meaning it’s not with the regular rental car companies at lax You have to take two shuttles to get to it and it can easily take over an hour The place itself smelled bad inside - please do yourself a favor and don’t book here or any other “offsite” scam company
