Ended up switching my reservation to Summit office. Staff at both offices were professional and pleasant. Will definitely continue to rent from them.Cons:
Office was very busy so they had to wash a car for me. While I waited. Car didn't end up being as clean as I would have liked...mostly the windshield. Considering they were able to switch my rental location at the last minute, I didn't want to make a fuss.10.0 Wonderful

Upgraded me to a more appropriate sized cargo van for same price. Van was nearly new and very comfortable. Picked me up and dropped me off.Cons:
Confusion about commercial plates on van and whether private car insurance and or credit card would cover an accident. Had to buy CDW.
