The car was clean, very new ( only 4000 miles on it) and in good condition. Pickup process was pretty smooth,, no wait at the Vegas airport location.Cons:
The car was not the most comfortable. After an hour or so, my back started hurting (more a function of the Hyundai sonata than Enterprise), but it would be great to have had a broader selection of cars ((they only had this type for this class).Hertz

Need to mention on website that at Main Street Station location that the shuttle from airport does not take you to the car lot, that the rental office is in the casino, that you are not getting relatively newer vehicles (mine was 5 years old).2.0 Poor

I was in town shopping for homes, I drove in with my business partner and he had the truck for the day. Took an uber over to pick up my reserved vehicle and they wouldn't let me rent without a credit card or proof of a flight. I had neither and they turned me down. Needless to say it was a major hassle.8.0 Very good

booked hoping to get a Ford Mustang. Although I recognize It was advertised that it would be a Ford Mustang or another convertible we ended up with a mini which was still cool but kind of disappointing. Would have just booked a cheaper car if we had known we couldn't get the Ford Mustang.Budget

The insurance was high. Paid 157.00 for week rental and 232.00 for insurance extremely terrible especially with our current financial situation due to Covid.keddy by Europcar
