Pros: Clean car
Cons: There was no windshield wiper fluid. I feel those fluids should be checked every time the car is rented.

Pros: The price and convenience made the rental a good choice for the holiday weekend.
Cons: The car had higher mileage and fewer bells and whistles than some, but was clean and ran fine and it was worth it for the price.

Cons: If I could give negative 5 stars I would! I got to the counter and was told they had no cars. I was offered no solution and the counter clerk was very unapologetic, almost snarky. I called customer service and same thing! Just sorry you're sol! Awful.

Pros: The agent was nice.
Cons: They had no cars available when we arrived and had no idea when one would become available. We were not notified of this prior to arriving. We ended up canceling our reservation and renting one booth over at fox rental cars.

Cons: The reserved car wasn't available when we arrived. I was given two options: 1) Wait for at least 30 minutes or more to see if any thing will be available. There was no guarantee of the car size, and I might have to take a compact car instead of a full-size one that I reserved. 2) Go and rent from a somewhere else. After waiting for about 25 minutes, I decided to check the next rental counter, FOX, and was immediately given a beautiful full-size car for $39/day. One odd thing though, on the way to pickup my rental, I noticed several cars parked idly in the Dollar lot :(((.

Cons: I was visiting Texas for the first time and wasn't aware of toll roads. I just got a bill from Dollar because I had a toll fee of $20.61. Dollar charged me an admin fee of $90.

Reservation Didn't Matter
Cons: They did not honor my reservation and told me to wait 2 hours for a car. Why let me make a resrevation online if you're not going to honor it? Kayak/Dollar should have told me there were no cars available.

Great car, horrible customer service
Pros: The vehicle was in great shape, clean, great value for price.
Cons: Kiosk for Dollar rent a car was no where to be found. Sign indicated that it was on the first floor while it was actually on the 3rd. Policy states that you cannot use a debit card unless you can show proof of a return flight. Therefore, you cannot use a debit card if you live locally. This would have been good information to have before we arrived. Asked, "can we add another driver? She isn't here but we have a note and copy of her license." "Yes." After we hand over the paperwork he says "no you can't add another driver who isn't present." "But you just said we could." "No you can't." So strange. then we were sent to another floor to find the vehicle. The process took at least 45 minutes. Luckily drop off was much easier.

Good fast service.
Pros: Fast service.
Cons: There was no where to sit at the Dropoff area at Dollar Rental. I had to wait for someone to pick me up and I had to stand for 20 min. Put a chair or bench by the kiosk.

Pros: The car worked good.
Cons: When booking in your site, we chose a standard size becoase we needed to seat 5 people for our trip. We could have selected a compact and paid less, but we chose a standard for more space. When we picked up the vihicke we were give a subcompact. A SUBCOMPACT! Then we were given an option to upgrade for an additional $90 a day. Needless to say, we will never use Kayak or dollar/heartz again. We had to leave a person behind on the trip because everyone didn't fit.

Pros: - Good car - Good drop-off experience - Super cheap
Cons: The pickup experience was very slow. There were only two people in line ahead of us, and we probably waited 20-25 minutes.

Cons: Requires receipt for gas even when tank is obviously full by the gauge. Tried to take advantage of cousins death by saying, "you don't want to worry about insurance at a time like this, you should buy the premium insurance plan." "You have a lot on your mind with your cousin's death, you should pre buy gas so you don't have to worry". No thank you.

Cons: I did not appreciate the lack of knowledge of the representative that helped me. This is my first time renting from Dollar rental and once I received a way higher price, I told him that I would go to hertz or budget since I had a corporate discount that waived particular fees. I have had my underage fee overlooked thanks to my corporate discount but the representative urged me to purchase it and convinced me that I would get charged an underage fee regardless. I was unhappy with him and because I had to be somewhere right away, I just went with it and will no longer be using Dollar rental from here on out. I am thankful to have had a car this past weekend and now can rely on my own experience to stay away from Dollar rental.

Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: They did not have a car for me. They suggested waiting around until another car was returned. Complete waste of time. Midway had cars available but ended up being $50 more than the quote I had received from Dollar. Do not use Dollar in Burbank.

Cons: They didn't have the car I reserved available and refused to give me a different car at the rate I had pre-booked. The manager's solution was to charge me double the rate I booked for an upgraded car or be on a waiting list with no estimated arrive time for cars being returned to the airport. I cancelled my reservation and rented from a different company. I will not use Dollar rental in the future and was very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Pros: Not a thing
Cons: Made the reservation only to arrive at the rental car location to find out they had no cars. We weren't the only ones there were at least 5 other customers in the same situation. How can you accept reservations knowing there were no cars. Instead I couldn't get a competitive rate. I had to go to another rental place and take what was offered. I will not use Dollar this is terrible service. Was told to wait for 1/2 hour might be able to get some cars.

Not What I Thought
Pros: The car worked, though the brakes were snatchy and I learned the hard way it needed new wiper blades.
Cons: The car had 28,000 miles on it and it drive like it. The "final" price was extremely deceiving and ended up being nearly three times that price by the time I walked away. The well-priced insurance quote your site gave me wasn't what they gave me at the desk. Read the very fine print people.

Wrong Dollar Rental
Pros: Car was okay. Had a ride to the airport.
Cons: Did not get the rate I thought I would....paid triple or more . the deal was for Burbank and I thought when it said "off airlport" it was off LAX the place I ended up had just moved there and when I presented my information, it was like ....wrong place....wrong deal sorry about that!!

Pros: I really loved how convenient everything was since I had already booked my reservation online. Great service!
Cons: The only complaint I had was walking to the kiosk inside the airport and then seeing a small sign showing I had to walk to the kiosk outside because it was closed.

Cons: I returned the car with 1/2 tank of gas and would like a refund on that 1/2 tank. They told me to call your customer service, usually they are very good. However when I called the customer service they directed the call back to Burbank, where I could not get a refund. Not very professional.

Great Deal for one-way Rental!
Pros: This was an amazing deal. Although I used a smaller car, it worked perfectly for my Roadtrip from LA to Napa, CA.
