Did not have my selected vehicle class
Pros: The car worked fine, and was clean. Everything turned out okay.
Cons: I made my reservation about a month in advance for a full size SUV. When I arrived at the Dollar desk to pick up the car, the agent behind the counter was unsure if they would have any in stock that day due to frequent/preferred Dollar customers getting priority on those. So I walked around the lot for an hour and checked out the other options while the agent tried to see if I could take an SUV. It turned out I had two options - pay more for a larger SUV class, or take a minivan for less money. I thought I needed an SUV for my trip, but after checking out the vans, I opted for one of them, and it worked fine for my purposes. However, I do think that if a customer makes a reservation far in advance for a certain type of vehicle, it's good practice for the company to honor that reservation. Lacking that, Dollar has proven unworthy of their customers' trust, and I will not rent from them again.

Pros: Person who checked me in was not friendly. The person who received my car at the end was not much better. Very surly not happy to work here attitudes. Car was very clean and it was a good deal. But the general bad energy was such that I would not rent from dollar at Burbank again.

Pros: the agent was nice and drop off quick
Cons: its at the airport, so its busy and cramped

Pros: Clean car
Cons: There was no windshield wiper fluid. I feel those fluids should be checked every time the car is rented.
