Reservation Didn't Matter
Cons: They did not honor my reservation and told me to wait 2 hours for a car. Why let me make a resrevation online if you're not going to honor it? Kayak/Dollar should have told me there were no cars available.

Great car, horrible customer service
Pros: The vehicle was in great shape, clean, great value for price.
Cons: Kiosk for Dollar rent a car was no where to be found. Sign indicated that it was on the first floor while it was actually on the 3rd. Policy states that you cannot use a debit card unless you can show proof of a return flight. Therefore, you cannot use a debit card if you live locally. This would have been good information to have before we arrived. Asked, "can we add another driver? She isn't here but we have a note and copy of her license." "Yes." After we hand over the paperwork he says "no you can't add another driver who isn't present." "But you just said we could." "No you can't." So strange. then we were sent to another floor to find the vehicle. The process took at least 45 minutes. Luckily drop off was much easier.

Good fast service.
Pros: Fast service.
Cons: There was no where to sit at the Dropoff area at Dollar Rental. I had to wait for someone to pick me up and I had to stand for 20 min. Put a chair or bench by the kiosk.

Pros: The car worked good.
Cons: When booking in your site, we chose a standard size becoase we needed to seat 5 people for our trip. We could have selected a compact and paid less, but we chose a standard for more space. When we picked up the vihicke we were give a subcompact. A SUBCOMPACT! Then we were given an option to upgrade for an additional $90 a day. Needless to say, we will never use Kayak or dollar/heartz again. We had to leave a person behind on the trip because everyone didn't fit.
