Cons: Called to see what shuttle I should take to get to their office and was told I had to take a cab. I guess the slogan
"Pick enterprise. We'll pick you up" Does not apply. Cost us $58 in cab fare.

Pros: The people here are very friendly & great working with you on upgrades.
Cons: Especially during the busy hours there can be quite a bit of a wait. I ended up waiting ~30 mins to get my car because of the # of people in line.

fun convertible in a sunny place
Pros: It was fun to drive around the island with the top down. Worth the extra money for a little extra enjoyment
Cons: the rear windows did not close all the way on their own and no one told me when I picked up the car that I had to manually close them.

Cons: Said we'd be getting something similar to a KIA Rio, all they had was a minivan. We didn't want something that used a lot of gas, and we also didn't want something difficult to maneuver while driving through the rainforest for the 2 of us. Disappointed that no one told us they didn't have any CARS available until the guy just pulled up in the minivan- surprise. Not happy.

Pros: Great service, free car upgrade, amazing price, no issue with the car at all. Somehow didn't receive a hard copy of the rental agreement but printed it myself. It worth taking a taxi from the airport to thus location.

Great Experience with rental car
Pros: Loved that Hertz is right at the terminal. The price was not the lowest, but it was definitely not the highest. Easy checkout and checkin and the car was a pretty new car with only 1700 miles on it. Great job Hertz.
Cons: none that I can think of.

Car was not ready for us, had to choose another
Cons: Rental location was difficult to find and once we got there, they did not have the car (a mid-size) for us and we had to change to an economy (smaller size) car. Also, they do not allow spouse's tor drive for free as do some other (Avis) rental agencies.

Hertz Car Rental in San Juan, PR
Pros: I rented a car at the SJU airport. The car was clean and reliable. The pre-rental inspection went smoothly so that I didn't get charged for scratches that previous renters made on the car.
Cons: There is no pickup service with the car rental. I had to take 2 taxis in order to rent the car, one for pickup, one for dropoff, which almost doubled my actual rental cost.
Additionally, you should know that you can't rent at SIG, a private airport, if you're already in San Juan, which Kayak was misleading about. Neither Hertz nor Kayak was clear about this until I called Hertz and they canceled my original reservation.
Cons: We had a "reservation" at noon but were told when we arrived that it wouldn't be ready for about 30 minutes. We just got some lunch only to return and find 7 more people waiting for their noon "reservations" as well who were all apparently on the list before us. The employees told us they simply didn't have enough cars and didn't have any idea when they would be returning, as if that wasn't literally the only thing their job description entailed. They also continued to tell each new customer that it would be 30 minutes when it was clear they were lying. When, after over 3 hours I asked if they could even guarantee a car for us as our hotel was in a town 2 hours away, she said "I hope so." That was it. Finally, after over 5 hours, we got a car which was much smaller than the one we requested. At that point we just wanted anything to get us out of the 3x5 box that was their office, so we crammed in and drove away. They didn't offer any condolences or money back or anything for having wasted an entire day of so many peoples vacation. Worst experience I've ever had traveling as this seemed like the norm for them to let people think they're making a reservation and then having nothing for them. Absolutely terrible

Poor customer service
Cons: unfortunately, was unable to pick up the car. Spoke to the agent and told him that we may be a few minutes late (flight was landing at 4pm) he immediately stated that he was out the door by 4:30 (please note that we were only going to be probably 5 to 10 minutes late). Also, it was not in the immediate vicinity and that we had to take a taxi because they did not offer shuttle services which is something that we did not know about. Needless to say, we were very put off by his attitude especially when we had called ahead of time to let him know, guess he needed to get out on time. Booked another car with another car rental.......
