The boarding process was overall easy

Flight attendants need some lessons in customer service. My job is also in customer service, so when something irks me, I feel like it is legitimate. Had a cup of ice water that I was sipping during the last half of the flight and ate one of my own granola bars. Was planning to give all my trash to her as soon as I was finished with everything, I didn't feel like this was unreasonable. Attendant stopped at our row with her usual "Trash? Trash?" I did not motion that I had trash, but I guess she thought I should be finished, because she made it a point to call me out and say "Excuse me, you don't have any trash?" I replied that yes, I have a granola bar wrapper but was planning to give all of that all together but she was welcome to take it now, and I handed it to her. She then said "And what about your cup?" I stated I wasn't finished with it, and motioned that it still had ice and water left inside. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me, and without response moved to the next row with her "Trash? Trash?" The next time she came back down the rows, she actually had the audacity to skip my side of the row - did not even look my way - and I had to get her attention and hand her my trash over the back of my chair. Again, no response, and more rolled eyes. Don't be a flight attendant if you don't want to deal with people and the possibility that people aren't going to act exactly the way you want them to act. Be respectful.

The plane was over an hour late and they lost our luggage. I understand things happen it was not that big of deal but the lady in Syracuse was unfriendly and acted like she could care less. We ended up going to a wedding in our shorts and flip flops because we had no clothes and not enough time to purchase any. Our bag was delivered about 1am. The customer service was really pathetic. Not even an I'm sorry this happened.

I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well.

Nice leg room

Doors closed early for my 6:28am flight. I couldn't fly until 1:18pm. Crew says that doors close 10 minutes before flight. The doors on the 1:18pm flight stayed open well after 1:18pm. The flight was then delayed until 1:50pm.

The flight was rescheduled to take off three hours from original takeoff. Because it was too late for arriving time in Chicago we decide to book another flight for the following morning. Friendly service, helpful, comfortable flight for a small plane. Good pilot, very professional.

My only complaint is when we landed in WestChester we deplaned and had to stand in the -5F wind-chill for a good 10-15 minutes while they unloaded our bags. I don't know why they couldn't have taken us inside to wait.

We did have one seemingly annoyed flight attendant on the way to NOLA from Chicago, and older woman. Seemed like every question we had was a burden. Everyone else was really nice, though.

The crew on this flight was excellent.

For the fourth flight in a row with American the flight was late. I guess you don’t want to be in a hurry with this airline and have a long layover if you are connecting.

Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat.

We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out.

The flight crew were absolutely marvelous and were wonderful on board.

British Airways had too tight of connections on flights that we purchased and then they ran late. Because of this, we had to rebook both going to Europe and coming back. Our friends were then charged extra luggage fees when being put on a domestic flight back home after going through customs. It will be difficult for me to want to use British Airways again because of all the flight change notifications we got before traveling and then once we did actual travel.

#1.Spirit Website and Mobile apps keep crashing and several of us who booked your airlines were not able to utilize mobile boarding passes. In the age of mobility this User Experience (UX Design) should be a priority. #2. I understand your policy that you need to purchase beverages or snacks but after you have been delayed on the runway for 1hr 30 minutes you should drop that policy and at least give us some water. Overall experience was horrible and customers on the plane around me shared the same feeling. Most of them were booked by travel agents from what I'm told that utilized your airlines and now they know as well.

I understand the new marketing. Putting more seats and therefore more customers on the plane gives me a better deal on airfare and yay! you make new friends with your up close and personal seat mates. However, the smaller seats do not take into account that not everyone is small and the row I was in could not accommodate the people I was sitting with. So, was my flight cheap? Yes, but I also spent 3 hours pinned between the arm rest and the woman next to me. I did not even get the whole seat I paid for. I would rather pay a little more to fly with an airline that has a little more room for everyone.

I had a quick trip planned for a hiking expedition into the Grand Canyon. The day of my flight into Las Vegas my flight was initially delayed over 3 hours, then canceled entirely. I had to buy another ticket from another carrier. On such short notice the ticket was quite expensive. Then, leaving Las Vegas my flight was also delayed, this time for over two hours. Luckily the flight still went and I was able to get home. Obviously, you pay less money to fly Frontier (although baggage fees are quite expensive) and with that I recognize the seats are less comfortable and there are less amenities, however, the delay and cancellation added a lot of stress to an already short trip. I will think twice before booking tickets with Frontier again.

The plane had by far the most uncomfortable seats I've ever been in. They might as well have had metal fold-up seats. I paid extra for a specific seat, and when another passenger took it, a flight attendant gave me a hard time when I asked them to move. I was unaware that I'd have to pay $40 just for a carry on until AFTER I booked the flight, in which case I would've just chosen a better airline.

Cheap airfare. Stretch seating option.

Where do I start? Going to Vegas (from Chicago), we sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes with no explanation. We finally took off after that, and no attempt was made to regain lost time. In fact, the flight took even longer after we were up than the original plan. The seats were very uncomfortable. I don't know if the seats on the return trip had more padding, but there seemed to be a noticeable difference between the two flights, not just by myself, but noticeable in the lack of squirming on the second flight by everyone else as well.

My husband and I chose seats together when the tickets were purchased and when we received or boarding passes they had been changed, separating us. My 6 foot 200 lb husband ended up against the window in a row with 2 women that were both well over 250 lbs and I was seated with strangers. No free movie as there was on the trip to Texas

Rude gate staff. They were being very condescending in their tone while saying perhaps appropriate information. This occurred starting when one woman got in line. The sign kept changing...her accharine like tone telling her that boarding would begin at 1130 was unnecessary. Communicating with foreign passengers whose flight had been rebooked to this flight was very poor. Instead of asking them for the name of their baby, the gate employee kept asking them for the lap child name! This occurred over and over until finally they asked for the bany's name. The lady who is from Chicago started practically wagging her finger and just saying NO! to bags that might be too large. How she did this was overly rude even when the bag fit in the metal sizer!

Sorry....above is what I did not like. I like that my bag was shifted away, tagged and put on board...made it to Rome! Flight staff very professional!

I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !

Most of the basics were good.

The flight was substantially delayed and when we got to Chicago we had to wait a long time for a gate agent so that we could deplane because only one gate agent was working at that hour (10:20 p.m.). Also, the flight delay notifications came after I was close to the airport and at the airport--earlier notifications (if possible) would help. The tv/movie portion of the entertainment was not working at all.

Changed to 3 hour earlier flight WITHOUT extra "change fee". It was FREE !! Enjoyed in flight TV with FREE drinks and snacks. As United goes backwards in customer service and costs, JetBlue leaps forward. Good work JetBlue.

#1.Spirit Website and Mobile apps keep crashing and several of us who booked your airlines were not able to utilize mobile boarding passes. In the age of mobility this User Experience (UX Design) should be a priority. #2. I understand your policy that you need to purchase beverages or snacks but after you have been delayed on the runway for 1hr 30 minutes you should drop that policy and at least give us some water. Overall experience was horrible and customers on the plane around me shared the same feeling. Most of them were booked by travel agents from what I'm told that utilized your airlines and now they know as well.

Funny flight attendent

Very mean pearson when we were caming to check point .she made every one stressed out and made us came back to pay for carry on baggadge and we flight spirit very often and we know the rules.was 10 of us and she had a problem to only one person to pay 55 $ for her carry on ,which we did ,but we definittly schouldnt pay for it.that was rediculess and ruined everyone travel with spirit.we had almost 3 years old baby with us and she paid full plain ticket and they didnt let her have a personal eitam .not fair

Cheap airfare. Stretch seating option.

Where do I start? Going to Vegas (from Chicago), we sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes with no explanation. We finally took off after that, and no attempt was made to regain lost time. In fact, the flight took even longer after we were up than the original plan. The seats were very uncomfortable. I don't know if the seats on the return trip had more padding, but there seemed to be a noticeable difference between the two flights, not just by myself, but noticeable in the lack of squirming on the second flight by everyone else as well.

Friendly service, helpful, comfortable flight for a small plane. Good pilot, very professional.

My only complaint is when we landed in WestChester we deplaned and had to stand in the -5F wind-chill for a good 10-15 minutes while they unloaded our bags. I don't know why they couldn't have taken us inside to wait.

On time, plane in relatively good shape.

The entertainment system is of low quality and kept freezing and needing reboot. It is almost impossible to hear the movie sounds. Somehow the food served was truly disgusting, like an horrible TV dinner. United always stands out on international flight for having the worst dinner served. Always take your own lunch with you! Finally it has been my consistent experience on United that the stewardesses are really unfriendly. They do their job just fine but do they look so miserable compared to other companies. Do the airline treat them real bad?

New flight reservation took us directly from Newark to Phoenix.

This flight was totally cancelled. New reservation took us to Newark. Here the crowds were very long, baggage took over 20 min. to arrive, missed our connecting flight and had to wait 4 more hours for next flight. The flight out of Newark was held on the tarmac for 40 min.

Would not allow upgrade even thought seats available because my economy ticket was not appropriate for upgrade. Seems that if all those who could upgrade hf upgraded had done so, why not allow the upgrade. Would have been more money for airlines and I would have enjoyed the trip more.

I had a quick trip planned for a hiking expedition into the Grand Canyon. The day of my flight into Las Vegas my flight was initially delayed over 3 hours, then canceled entirely. I had to buy another ticket from another carrier. On such short notice the ticket was quite expensive. Then, leaving Las Vegas my flight was also delayed, this time for over two hours. Luckily the flight still went and I was able to get home. Obviously, you pay less money to fly Frontier (although baggage fees are quite expensive) and with that I recognize the seats are less comfortable and there are less amenities, however, the delay and cancellation added a lot of stress to an already short trip. I will think twice before booking tickets with Frontier again.

The plane had by far the most uncomfortable seats I've ever been in. They might as well have had metal fold-up seats. I paid extra for a specific seat, and when another passenger took it, a flight attendant gave me a hard time when I asked them to move. I was unaware that I'd have to pay $40 just for a carry on until AFTER I booked the flight, in which case I would've just chosen a better airline.
