Pros: The staff was friendly and they had good prices
Cons: For some reason, their machine was reading my credit card as a debit and was asking for a pin. They couldn’t manually enter the card and thus I had to cancel my reservation and find a new company

Pros: The price
Cons: An over 30 min wait to pickup my rental. Ended up leaving and renting from another company. Will never rent from this company again

Cons: Uh, take a debit card for deposit or cash options, sure there was fine print, but it stated credit or debit card for deposit. Those suckers didn't let me take the rental. Whack!

Pros: Woman that helped me did a good job and handled the negative situation well
Cons: If I would’ve been able to get my car quicker. Had to wait an extra hour. Was not told about the mileage charge until I got there. Didn’t know they rented older high miles cars. Probably won’t use again.

Cons: The company that I rented from was very unorganized and the price I was quoted at online was not even close to what they charged me when I came to pick the car. It was awful.

Pros: Some staff was friendly
Cons: Staff were sneaky and put items in bill without being fully honest. I won’t go with them again and will tell others to watch out.

Cons: Kinda rude customer service agent who sent me to the wrong floor. The right floor didn’t even end up having signage for EZ rentals. I had to stop and ask multiple OTHER agencies. When I got the car it had several dings, oh and no phone charger port.

Cons: After a long day of delays and travel we got to the counter and was told I was on the do not rent list. This is strange since to the best of my knowledge I never have rented from E-Z, or have any driving violations. I also have all my FBI and State clearances as well as a 819 Credit score. ????
