good staff, room is a decent size for a city center (Paris), good quality of bed and bathroom, good location sometimes a bit noisy outside
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Paris and great for access to many of the major attractions in the city either on foot or by Metro. (Opera Metro station is only a few minutes walk away.) The hotel's staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Our room was quiet and well insulated from external noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly stay here again !
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Tea/Coffee facilities in room would be appreciated.
The proximity of key central Paris attractions, particularly if one doesn't want to drive. Bathroom nicely renovated, and spotless. For both my wife and I the included breakfast was more than adequate. Although not unusual for Paris hotels, the rooms are fairly small.
Very good location. Very close to the center but still very quite. Small but comfortable room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Staff was exceptional from check in to room service to the nice man in the lobby that offered me an umbrella for a rainy day. Clean nice room with very nice bathroom, nice deep tub, hot strong shower, bright and stylish. Location was the best, quiet street minutes from restaurants, shops, metro in Opera district. Daughter and I had a great time and will definitely return. Nothing
Staff exceptionally professional and helpful, excellent location, 2 min walk from place de l'opera, nice interior design rooms too small, first night room was too noisy overlooking a side street, second night moved to a room overlooking a courtyard which turned out to be overlooking a wall. no drawers in the second room, and bad quality hangers that kept falling. I wonder if it is hotel(s) policy to give the worst rooms to bookings made through websites like booking.com. was very envious when i peeked into rooms (while they were made up by housekeeping) overlooking the main entrance
Great location (5 min from Opera and Lafayette). Friendly staff.
Staff quickily helped me with a computer issue I had.
Liked everything about the hotel. Staff were helpful and polite, its situation is great and love it. Will definitely stay there again.
The location just off the main Rue Opera was terrific - very quiet as it was off the main street, but close to the best shopping and attractions in Paris. Hotel was in a very safe area, room was very nice and staff was outstanding. No.
The location of the hotel was good. The room was very small and old, it has not been renewed for ages. Bathroom roof and walls had apparently some mold on them, and the whole room smelled on mold when entering the room. The hotel is not worth the rate we paid for it (210e per night). Some personnel on the breakfast were very rude to the customers noting them about something had run out in the breakfast buffet.
Perfect location, space (room and facilities), cleaness Staff fighting between themselves during breakfast and not providing expected service for a 4*. Check-in too long because out of the 3 clercks only one could make the necessary credit card operations. Level of service not at the level of the SAS I go often in Brussels close to cathedral...
Nothing except for location. Poor breakfast, too small rooms, not cleanliness..
It was a good location towards business I was doing in Paris. The Tv did not work. The room service was not good. They where friendly but forgetful and not very sufficient.
Great situation, good staff, good rooms. Didn't always get coffee and milk replaced each day
The Ambassador is a beautiful hotel with an excellent, staff. Their proximity to the Opera, the train station and all of the Paris sites make it an ideal location for a business or pleasure trip.
I liked the location, the staff and the rooms. All in all a very pleasant hotel on a good location. The breakfast is too expensive. You can better go to one of the cafe's near by.
最低15文字以上ご入力ください Wifi in room showed no antenna on pc, and could not access from room..
personnel at reception and in general were very nice.Price of room too high at 2000+ Euros for 4 nights. This is not a five star. doorman was very rude
excellent location, but 500 eur is definetely tooooooo much!
The location is absolutely superb. Towards the end of our stay the service deteriorated, e.g. room was only serviced late in the afternoon on 2 days
the staff, the room, the ease of the staff and the location
soft matresses missed more equipment in bathroom
Atention of the staff is excellent. The hotel shows pictures on the Internet rooms that have been renovated and hence modern and luxurious; however, the room we stayed has not been renovated at all and furniture, carpet and design were old.
The staff is amazing. Room always clean. Great location
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was pleasant with a fine view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The restaurant menu was very expensive but this is to be expected in the middle of Paris. We didn't eat in!
The hotel is located in the most central part of Paris, walking distance to all major touris attractions. The staff is very polite and welcoming very helpful as well. The room and common area design to perfection. The food in the Resturant is to die for. Very nice hotel worth every penny. You can't get food after 12pm even though the menu says 24/7
breakfast was great we missed our flight because the front desk/concierge team could not arrange the taxi to arrive on time (even though we were assured the night before that we would have plenty of time and that their taxi partners always came early or on time, never late).
Great location, personal service Small room
location decor friendly It had plumbing issues. i.e.. oder . Cleaning staff was noisy in the mornings. Staff needs training. This is not a five star Hotel.
The room was quite small but fine for me. I cant really imagine sharing it with anyone - I had filled the small closet and two shelves for clothing. The people at the hotel were nice. The toilet was a separate room and was very small. Too small for my liking.
the location and the design of the hall the rooms are quite small and the rooms on the court which are very calm have the view on a part which has to be still restored
The room was wide and clean. It was helpful that baby bed was prepared. Is pite of late arrival due to traffic jam, hotel staff was very kind.
Staff were heros!!! Saving me in my hour of need when a taxi couldn't be found for love nor money. As the hotel is all still a new build, and the soundproofing had not been done yet I did find the noise levels from other rooms quite loud. Suggestions for room improvement would be to offer an alarm clock radio.
Although situated in a vibrant area of Paris the Residence is set back from the street in a small courtyard with a gated entrance so it's quite peaceful. There are a varied range of shops in the locality to buy groceries when self catering including small supermarkets and more individual shops selling quality French produce. Alternatively there are a good range of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Most unusually for Paris the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, but with a slightly unusual layout. There was some noise between the rooms from furniture being moved and high heeled shoes on the hard tiled floors, but this a very minor point and didn't distract from a relaxing stay.
Nice new hotel
Stayed there a few times. Everything is perfect. The highest recommendation for this hotel to everybody! nothing
We stayed here for 4 nights in July. good A/C during hot summer.Small boutique style apartments. Very helpful pleasant staff especially Michelle. Located in a courtyard off a busy street with lots of restaurants and small shops.close to metro, spacious apartment tastefully decorated. large bathroom and separate toilet. Studio style so sleeping area not closed off from living and cooking area. microwave but no oven. no balconies. My 12 year old son slept on the extra bed which was very uncomfortable but they gave us an extra quilt which helped. fridge could have been cleaner but consideriing everything else was great these were small things
Very good location. According to the size of Paris the apartment was quite specious. Friendly staff, especially lady Anna Rose. Everyone was helpful. Opposite the hotel there was bacery with fresh bread and croissant, cheese shop and wine shop. I recommend to choose this place, especially if you travel together with your family. It is nice and financially acceptable if you can eat at "home". There were quite thin walls because it was possibile to hear noises coming from the next room and the room above us. The apartment was quite used/ worn off. The handles of the wardrobes were broken off, so we had to use special method to open them. Cleaning was careless. Dust remained all the week without movement. In the kitchen there was only cooker surface, no oven. Bad WiFi access.
Everything was brand new so it was great! The staff were super friendly and really helpful. We loved the fact that there were so many great shops around so we could pick up something for dinner and take it back to our kitchenette. The only thing I foresee as an issue would be that you can hear people walking around since the floors are all tile so the sound echoes.
noise from a water heater
if cheaper & parking is available large room
Good bedroom accomodation and first class breakfast.Easy walking distance to main shopping area. Access to the metro system is within 200metres. All round a good location for a visit to Paris
nice location- very center of the city near Madlen sq. Friendly and helpfull staff a bit noisy street
Hotel staff is very nice. The room looks a bit small but it's big enough voor one night. The room is very modern and there's a quite luxurious bath room. Very good location for shopping and sightseeing.
there is a chimney at the reception hall, which gives a home atmosphere the sink in our room was not properly working and water was always overflowing
Very good location, and the hotel is nice and new. I particularly like the comtemporary design of the room and the toilet. The buffet breakfast was simple but good! You could hear the noise of the underground, though not so much or me as I stayed on the top floor!
Clean, nice people, close to city points of interest, 100mts from metro, comfortable beds. At arrival I was informed that they only have one standard room in each floor, and so very small percentage of rooms. Should inform that classic rooms are all turned to internal stairs.
Excellent location. Reasonably comfortable room for a hotel in central Paris. The bathroom was larger than I expected.
Good location for shopping Hotel is still under renovation. Lift did not operate all the time. No dining room in operation.
Lovely location, just behind the Madeline, in the heart of Paris. Beautiful design hotel, exclusive furnitures. The superior room was large with a nice view on the avenue. Very recommended.

Bathroom small and uncomfortable and needs to be redesign
The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room
Hotel staff are ok, but need more english speaking staff if possible Location, location
Location & service are really good! They gave me a present at my birthday surprisingly.
i liked its central location the staff where very knowledgeable and the beds and bed linen were out of this world it was my birthday during our stay and was given a bottle of champagne i disliked the prices
Location, staff support, comfort, friendliness
superb hotel, superb staff, couldnt do enough for you. yes it is a lot of money, but for a treat and/or special occasion highly, highly reccomended
The location near to everywhere, the bed is extraordinary comfortable ! Only for the breakfast rooms need more improvement, more bigger for more guests.
confort of the room
Comfortable hotel in good locality (at metro station).Staff is very compliant. Little bit noisy (you can hear sounds from other rooms).Rooms are smaller but comfortable.
The friendliness of staff, and its location.
We booked a superior double which was spacious by Paris standards. The room was clean, bright and quiet. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very handy for the underground. A kettle would have been handy but not a big loss.
The lift is temperamental.
The staff. The young man who was multi lingual, I believe his name was Martin?, was a great help. Very kind and personable. I'm in the hotel biz and know you should keep him at all costs. He's a great asset to the Albion. The bed was was to hard. We stayed in several Hotels on this trip and yours was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed of all, it made my shoulders stiff and numb.I suggest you upgrade the mattresses or offer a pad for those of us that don't like to sleep on a board.
the area small room
best location ,best staff
The staff was excellent. They were always willing to help and gave accurate information regarding the Metro and good places to eat in the area. My wife and I appreciated that the staff spoke good English. The hotel is very close to two Metro locations. My wife and I stayed at the France Albion on two different ocations therefore in two different rooms. In both cases the rooms are small and therefore with two travel bags they get even smaller. This were understood to be the case when we booked the room using internet. We would however recommend the hotel to others. They were however, clean and comfortable.
The hotel was great, the best value in Paris Room a bit small but bigger than many higher starred hotels in Paris
the location was excellent - two metro stops withing a couple of minutes.
1.location 2.friendly team 3.listening to customers room is rather small
It Is Quiet. Very Small Room for a mature Couple and for the Rate, and not a nice view at last floor overlooking congested buildings roofs.
The room was very clean and very modern. Perfectly situated near by the bg shopping centers and lots of sightseeing places. Price / value for the breakfast is not correct. Too expensive for the offer serverd.
Close to everything Very small rooms, although a good deal not informed how small
Great location; nice staff; large room The bar was very poor and not open. I was also charged 2 times for the rooms.
Reception was very good. Excellent location near to Opera. My room was next to lift shaft and very noisy. Air conditioning did not work, room was very warm and stuffy. Poor value.
Location : close to the city centre. Breakfast : very complete.Quietness of the room, even though located in the middle of the Paris centre. Room too small
A large comfortable room The room smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The toilet was across the room from the shower and sink which was a little odd. The aircon didnt work - but I could open the window
The location is excellent.
location near the centar of Paris Cleaning lady was to agile to clean the room although i wanted to sleep whole day :) this is only compliment.
nice place to stay in Paris
There was always someone available to answer questions.
Helpful staff, close to metro stop, clean.
Helpfulness of reception staff Rooms a bit small.
The staff were very helpful. The room was unspectacular but comfortable and very functional. The resident cat gave us much pleasure each morning!
Handy to most things, small room however it is really only to sleep in.
Very nice room, pretty and clean. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Small showers but that's not unusual for France (unless you're staying at an expensive hotel)
I've stayed here before. Having previously stayed in Paris many times, I knew the first time that I stayed at Hotel Trois Poussins that 'this was it'. and there was no need to try yet another hotel on my next visit to the city. It's a little haven, from its attractive sitting area/reception, to the clean, comfortable rooms and the unique vaulted breakfast room. The staff are unfailingly charming and helpful, and both breakfast and room- service meals have been excellent.
nice room, excellent service
I liked on of the receptionists, she was very kind and helpful
CLEANLINESS COMFORT VERY PLEASANT STAFF BREAKFAST ROOM TO SMALL
In the rooms was a heavy smell maybe from paste or paint and one had to stand in line for breakfast ( too small dining room.
The location was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked inviting and was extremely clean, as were our accomations. The size and comfort of the computer/internet rooms could be improved.
Superb location - close to Champs Elysees and all the shopping. Perfect location for our visit to Grand Palais. Excellent Wifi once we got it working. Bathroom door handle was a bit dodgy and wifi took a couple of attempts to get going, but nothing major.
breakfast yes. the night clerck, although correct, was somewhat unpleasant. the film channel was out of order as was the internet connection.
Staff very pleasant. Rooms clean and reasonable size. Good central location.
A very good location, within easy walking distance of the Louvre. Rooms were very clean and well presented. The room was small, and the en-suite was tiny and difficult to negotiate. The air contitioning did not work making the room very hot. If you had the window open for fresh air the noise of the traffic became intolerable.
The hotel was extremely clean and well appointed. This type of hotel is what we would expect to stay at in Australia.
It is centrally located. Easy access to all kind of public transport.
The location was great, the staff were so helpful and good, the breakfast was simple but enough, the room was clean, and the bathroom was very good. Airconditioning costs extra money (20 Euro per day), and check out time was 11 am.
nothing the internet is not working, the aircondition is not working, asked for morning call we did not get it. i got ready to take a shower and suprise there was no shampoo. asked reciption for information and said how would i know
Only the location. We requested a non-smoking room and didn't get it. The windows had been left open (to get rid of smoke?) and the sun had shone in the room which made it extremely hot. The check-in staff seemed busy and disinterested.
Cleanliness of rooms and very helpful staff who were able to communicate well in English and were also very helpful in answering any questions eg: regarding transport in Paris, opening hours of tourist attractions, etc. Some extra fees that you have to consider eg: paying separately for breakfast, etc
Very clean room. The hotel staff was very nice and the location was in walking distance of the shopping area. 50mtrs of a good and not so expensive parkinggarage. There was no (do not disturb) card available! ;)
Near the Metro only. The staff can not speak English clearly, so that every thing is not good for traveller.
There is something wrong information of this hotel at Booking.com There is no such place with just 10 euro of parking lot nearby hotel. nothing much but I strongly recommend the people at frontdesk to be more nice to the hotel guest especially to Asian
Staff and Services Bathroom
quiet too cramped; inadequate places to put clothing, shoes, etc.
Location Becoming tired and unfriendly.
nothing the air conditioning is almost not working (very hot) the alivators are not working the mini bar is useless (hot) the furniture is very bad and dirty the room service is very bad
Location , hospitality of hotel team
Service was fine. Te staff were helpful. Th rooms were tiny and disgustingly furnished. Lightng was awfl. Bathroom tin. Just a hand shower which you could not use as there was no shower curtain. Whole thing wa so depressing that we did not want to spend the money to have breakfast there.
Location , hospitality of hotel team
Hotel's location is outstanding. Only a few steps to Madeleine Metro, Very calm road, with almost any traffic, surprising for a city center location. Some hotel staff very reactive. Understand that not everyone likes the typical Manoir style. Somehow I like it. However it is really a shame that the facilities are getting very old and used. We booked a discounted rate via booking so it was acceptable and fine for us during this trip. I would have reacted differently if I would have paid the normal rate!
very accessible to tourist attractions. elevator too small
Went to walk in Paris
Location and atmosphere Small bathtubs and strange AC system
Breakfast is French. Service is French. Prices are French. Service is French. Lenguage is French. Hotel is terrible. It's French
The water in the bathroom had a very strong bleach scent, so much that I couldn't drink tea and that I smelled bleach all day long after showering.
the local area, and the room was good. one of the girl who works in the hotel was very rude with us.
The hotel is very close to a Metro station - only about 4minutes walk. This was not made clear and so we took a different route to it on arrival in Paris. Once we had found a better route it was very convenient. The bathroom was large and modern and the bed was comfortable. The wardrobe was very small and its position near other furniture meant it was very hrad to get into and the safe was in there so access was awkward. The shelf the safe was on was quite high so we had to balance on the step of the wardrobe to see into the safe. Breakfast was 18 euros! Needless to say we did not have it. Altogether I would say this hotel is a 3 star, not a four star hotel. We got a good last minute deal on the price but I would not pay the full room rate. If you can get a deal, it is a hotel to consider.
Location There is no confort
The hotel is well located in the city center, very close from Restaurants and services The quality is not good and the price is too high. Tiny single rooms while not good confort
The room has character.
The hotel has good location at the center of the city. It is at the middle of business district, hence, there is good choice of restaurants around. The hotel is very outdated, they need to undergo complete renovation. There is very old carpet in the hallways and room itself. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, as a result, the bathroom had smell of mold and dampness.
very well located, very easy to fınd,price is good, service is good, rooms are very comfortable. nothıng...
location, friendly staff, room size for money/Paris room should have been cleaner, breakfast and coffee in particular were below average, internet access should be free
Good location. A little bid old.
location elevator out of order
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It takes 10 stairs to reach the elevator.
Location and style Noise of footsteps and child running about from room above. Incorrect account and delay in responding to this - as yet no response.
For the one night I stayed this struck me as a delightfully elegant, superbly located, old fashioned hotel that feels rather luxurious with it's thick carpets, old world furniture and generously sized rooms all at a great price.
The deskstaff permitted us morning check in after our 12 hour flight. A blessing on them. The breakfast and internet were not used due to extravagent cost. I always prefer to have a newspaper in the lobby or the room. Had neither
The situation was excellent..right in the city centre. The staff were very efficient and helpful. No
Location of hotel, service at hotel, room condition & room facility, everything is satisfactory level. As minor negative impression, noise from other room is loud a little bit.
Perfect location to walk to all the obvious attractions; 5 mins to Opera, 20 mins to Louvre, etc. Staff attentive & friendly > barman in particular was excellent.
Availability of hamman and sauna for the guest as well as gym
Location was great. Hotel was intimate. A nice boutique hotel. Breakfast should have been included. Most guests had breakfast included. On the first day, the restaurant told me it was included, and then I found out we were charged 35 eu pp. Bed were not very comfortable.
