The staff is really nice, the facilities are modern and is very very close to all the good stuff and the Ecole Militaire Metro Station which let's you go basically anywhere. It a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it at the right price(4 star hotel price) The hotel is good but definitely not a 5 star. This is a good 4 star hotel in my opinion. The facilities are modern but not fancy and the rooms are super small, I know, this is europe but my room in a 4 star hotel in downtown Bruges was much bigger then this one and cheaper. And my opinion is not based in just that, I'm also considering that I have stayed at other 5 star hotels(in Europe and other places) and they are definitely better. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel. A very good 4 star hotel, FOR SURE, but NOT a 5 star.
Location of the hotel is very good and all the staff with whom we were involved was of extreme sympathy and they matched all our needs with an outstanding sense of professionalism. -
Excellent position very close to Eiffel Tower. General quality of hotel. Good value for price paid. Very poor experience booking in at hotel. It took over an hour and a half and being issued with four rooms before getting right room. First room was smoking room - booked NON-smoking. 2nd room allocated was occupied by someone else! Third room allocated was a double room with no bed for my son. Check in staff were friendly and apologetic but should not have let this happen and have done more to get it right and make amends. Other staff very friendly and helpful.
It is clean the staff is friendly and the food is good The room is small there is no lotion, conditioner, or snacks in the mini fridge
Location and convenience. The Lobby was quite nice. And the staff were helpful. No complimentary Internet for hotel guest. I had to brin my laptop which you don't on a holiday. Other mercure hotels around Europe offer it.
No American outlets, no office or staff on site.
A well located hotel within easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower, local restaurants, a number of Paris museums and the river. Quiet. In-house breakfast poor.
its very close 2 effiel tour its rooms r very very very small, the hotel is very crowded,,
Location, breakfast buffet, separate toilet for a 4 star hotel, it looked a bit outdated with little damages to walls, doors etc
Very helpful and attentive staff, good breakfast and location, location , location. stones throw away from the eiffel. expect better housekeeping services in the room.
good restaurant. central position
Close proximity to everything. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel so closely was fantastic. The front desk staff were always helpful and very friendly.
Near to Eiffel Tower. It takes 5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Hotel room facing Eiffel Tower.
The location and the hotel staff
Location was near the Eiffel tower and public transportation. Restaurants nearby. Rooms did not have any drawer storage for clothes, There was room for 2 night stands yet there was only one. Paint color in rooms and hall was depressive,
The whole experience was excellent -- I was very impressed. Staff were unfailingly attentive, the dinner excellent, the breakfast full of available variety. The view of the tower from the balcony impressed my grand-daughter!I am not all that easily pleased, so not inclined to easily give high ratings, but I have to say that every aspect of the stay was excellent. Nothing.
Very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. It will be very difficult to remain classified as **** unless this is done very soon. The 'free' wi-fi is very slow in the rooms.
The hotel room is so spacious and comfortable. The location is so close to Eiffel Tower. None
The view of the Eiffel Tower was worth the cost of the hotel. The furniture was a little shabby for the price of the room.
the breakfast buffet was incredible. Great variety, amount and quality. We also loved that the staff controlled entry to the buffet area so everyone got seated nicely and it kept the start of the mornings pleasant. The free Wi-Fi they offer is a bit too slow to do much, so it is almost necessary to buy the upgrade for 22 Euros/day they offer.
The close proximity to both the Metro and Eiffel Tower, River Seine were the only plusses. The room was spacious, but even thought tea/coffee sachets were supplied, there were no cups. We asked 3 times before cups were provided, then the cups were not replaced on the following day. In addition, toilet paper was not replenished and we asked but without success. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned and there were large strands of hair in the toilet on arrival. All in all, housekeeping left alot to be desired.
Location n view of eiffel
Staff was rude and unaccommodating. Rooms were not available at the checkin time and staff repeatedly instructed patrons to come back every hour which ruined a day of travel. Wouldn't recommend for vacation travelers.
Location & friendlyness. Location & friendlyness.
Very clean and modern hotel with above average room size for Paris. A block away from the Eiffel Tower!
Excellent location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were small and a little old.
Very nice staff, and helpful too. The room was good, I've stayed in average places in Paris and for the price this is more than ok. Was in for just the night, but could get what I wanted nearby, it's also close to the Eiffel Tower so a good location
Staff was very helpfull and curtious. Rooms were correct and clean Parking system is based on a elevator system which does not allow for high top cars, but handsome solution was found in cooperation with Mercure hotel. Breakfast was okay, but basic
It is very close to a Metro station and the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very helpful also.
Did not like the hotel. Would not pick it in the future. Could not see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. Additionally, the room was too small.
walking distance to the eiffel tower. decent hotel to stay at for a night or two. small hotel, not what i was expecting with Ramada. rooms were small, the air conditioning did not work, and if you had a room on the street side, the noise from the traffic and train were too loud to get any sleep with the window open. also the wireless internet was expensive.
The hotel was within walking distance of the Tour Eiffel and the metro station was two blocks down. Breakfast was not included in the price. It was an extra 17 euros a day. Fortunately, Paris has more then enough cafés and places to eat.
Staff & location Rooms are small Very noisy drilling works in other rooms Lobby furniture not clean
The staff is very kindly. The location is perfect.
I liked location, close to almost of of places which as turist you would like to see for me that was very important:) Well there was some small thing in bathroom which I think should be fixed but all rest was ok
Location and kind staff. City sound (Metro) is noisy a little.
the gentleman at the desk was courtious, good in giving dircections and which type of transportation would lead you. asked for a room w/a view, a plus. hotel fine, did not to have to figure out that the hotel parking is on the very very bottom floor, no exit signs below. never assume the guest(s) know wher the hotel parking is located
The location is very good. - Right in front of Metro station which has 3 lines and has many restaurants and shops around.
I travelled to Paris with 3 friends and was delighted upon arrival in my apartment to discover that we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was ample for our needs, allowing us the option to eat in and to make our own dinner if we wished. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. We could not have asked for anything more. The hotel is pretty central to all the main tourist attractions and although the metro is right outside the hotel we did alot of sightseeing on foot. We would definitely return to this hotel again for a city break.
easy access to public transportation, grocery, restaurants.quiet place to rest after a tour of the city.nice view of eiffel tower. i have to fix the second bed on our first night because the wood that support the mattres is not installed and missing one board ,managed to put the loose board.
Friendly and helpful welcome desk. Apartement / bathroom are large. View of Tour Eiffel. Directly in Bd Grenelle which is loud but the windows are soundproof. The (optional - 9€) breakfast is nothing to write home about. Air conditioning is somewhat loud and you can't switch it off - but it didn't disturb my sleep.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great view if you Stay on the 7th floor! It was good to leave our car in the basement of the hotel and take the bus around. The drinking water where you check in is a great idea!
Location There was no bed, only a sofa!!!!
The hotel is very close to Eiffel and metro We stayed 4 nights and our room had not cleaned in this period.
Good location. Friendly staff. Pleasant apartment. There is a subway line that goes under the hotel so there is a rumbling noise fairly frequently. I did not notice it after a day or so but some might have have trouble sleeping if they are on one of the lower floors.
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the decor of the hotel Having coffee provided for free in the room would be ideal. Beds could be a bit more comfortable.
Room were beautiful and clean, great shower. Friendly & helpful staff.
The hotel was stunning and our room, though very compact, was luxurious and beautifully designed. A real treat, very close to the Eiffel Tower and some lovely spots for a lazy breakfast. Highly recommended!
A beautiful little boutique hotel, done to the nines a la Versace - really gorgeous.
We loved the rooms and the bathrooms were very large for EU rooms! I specifically asked for a room with a view since we were only staying one night. We booked well in advanced for this and didn't get one!
The hotel is in a great location: near all the sights, but far enough away to have a real local feel. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff efficient and helpful. A lovely hotel, we will definitely return on our next visit to Paris. no
Bathrooms were small but very well layed out with nice modern fixtures. Shower pressure was fantastic. Rooms were very tiny and television was difficult to operate.
Location is great. Subway lines nearby is very convenient with multiple access. The room is quite small but this may be common in Europe.
A little cramped for 4 but a very nice room. A charming hotel in a very good location with metro and restaurants right around the corner. Our older kids loved the in room internet at no extra cost
Excellent location. Stunning decor & luxury fittings. Room quite small & no tea/coffee facilities apart from room service. Single beds in 4 person room were actually sofa-beds.
The location was excellent, the accomadation was clean tidy and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent choice for a stay in Paris,we will stay here again and have already made recommandations to friends
Decor. Very stylish. Being surprised at check out, with a cab waiting to take us to the airport, at the price of the laundry bill for about 25 items, 274 euros, mostly baby clothes, which we did not realize could not be put on our credit card, only paid in cash, which was a big issue at 7 in the morning.
Great hotel and view of Eiffel Tower within walking distance. Everything closes early in area not hotel's fault. Looking forward to booking here again!
Great location - short walk to Eiffel Tower and metro station Very friendly staff, patiently gave us advice for getting around Paris and kindly endured our attempts at French Clean rooms and nice decor Grocery store right next door Fewer amenities (no pool, small lobby, if they had a workout room we never found it) Room layout awkward, no space to put items, everything ended up on the floor, especially in bathroom One bed in room for 4 people - the second bed was a pull-out sofa, not very comfortable for 5 nights
For tourism purposes the location is perfect. One block for Champ du Mars. The rooms are very nice and the staff even nicer. The food offer could be slightly better, specially the room service.
staff was helpful and well informed breakfast room ambiance and food selection
The Hotel should be classified as two stars and not Four stars ..The rooms were very low in standard ...The location of the hotel was good.. I really hated the room I stayed in as the furniture was old and the room was very cold ..
Location The service
Friendly hotel staff. Shower needed a couple of repairs.
the location was good and locality quiet with good restaurants nearby... Poor Breakfast
Location is perfect. The bathroom was clean, beautiful and large. The woman at the reception told us wrong taxi fare to the airport. We had to pay far more than we were told at the reception. In my opinion, they should know such basic info for tourists.
position close to interesting places hospitality, regularity of room service, room cleaning
Overpriced, very small rooms, lights were broken in the room, don't know if I would use it again.
Location, comfort, cleanliness When I inquired about transportation to the airport, the desk clerk did not freely offer any information. She answered questions that were specifically posed to her but only that. Perhaps a review of what customer service entails would be beneficial to staff.
Decent room, quite small but adequate. Nice staff. Good location Could have used more towels
Clean and friendly staff, nice place close to the eiffell tower. the room we stayed in to the front of the hotel when it rained you could hesr the tap tap tap of the rain dripping on to the lead flashing outside the window which kept me awake all night and i sleep through most things, we changed room easy enough, not sure if it happened in all the front elevation hotel rooms.
The hotel was quiet, reserved in nature. Not many amenities, but a very clean room and a very helpful and courteous reception staff at all times. It was expensive, in my view, but I have nothing to compare it to as this was our first time in Paris.
The hotel is a short walk from the Tour Eiffel. It it close to restaurants and shops. The concierge and staff are very friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. The hotel breakfast was very delicious too. The room we were given was extremely small. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Europe during this vacation and the room at Le Tourville was the smallest and most expensive. I would double check the size of your room when booking, if size matters to you.
It's right in the heart of the action in Paris Nothing
A very nice hotel that is very conviently situated. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and cosy, it is quiet both in the hotel rooms as well as not much noise from the street. A pair of slippers and a bathrobe in the room would be perfect
Friendly staff, location. Small rooms
Location is good. Air-condition is good too. Breakfast is poor. No tea facilites.
Great location and it has a lovely charming feel to it.
Who has rated this hotel?????? There is no wifi in the rooms and it is not 4 star, it does not have a minibar ........................
This is a two star hotel, and I am trying to be generous. I don't know where they have got the two other stars. The rooms are very tiny and not well-kept. This place is way overpriced and the pictures on the website are misleading.
Perfect staff, clean and well-decorated room, low price parking When use bathroom, water is everywhere.
The interior design was excellent, the intimate yet spacious feel of the hotel was best feature. The shower was a little awkward
Nice location. Clean room and bathroom. Very helpful and nice staff. Comfortable beds.
Very friendly staff. Very very helpful. The morning I was leaving whilst waiting for my taxi they insisted on giving me a coffee on the house. They booked the Moulin Rouge for me, taxis, gave me DVDs to watch, helped me use the DVD player - honestly they were great. Plus the hotel is a perfect location for a city trip! Very Comfortable! I really enjoyed everything about my stay and would highly recommend your hotel. The staff were brilliant!!!
very friendly staff. just a short walk from the eiffel tower and a nearby subway station. poor value for money.
Central location, near to Eiffel tower. Quiet street. Decor. Quality bathroom gadgets. Spacious room for Paris standards. Breakfast not included in room price (+ 18€!). Very small lounge/bar area.Towel cleanliness definitively need an upgrade!
It was a fantastic room - excellent service, cleanliness and location. It was very quiet in the hotel lobby - perhaps some light music would help make you feel more comfortable
I liked the serenity - it was quiet and very comfortable Nothing!
We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room small but nice and cosy. The bathroom was good, clean and hot water available (you never know in Paris :-). It is very quiet (!), even though there is very good access to public transport (Metro, Bus). Also the Eiffel tower is just around the corner by foot. The parking space for private cars is relatively cheap (15 euros/ night) and spacious. Breakfast is too expensive so we preferred taking it in some bakery nearby.
The hotel is situated in a safe street nearby the Eiffel. The tub of the shower was out of order. After seconds the tub was full with water. At the end we payed 150 without taking a proper shower. At night there is a ticking noise, that is really anoying. Tip do not take a room next to the elivator. When I mentioned about the shower the reception did not respond and react at all. That is not the service one expects from a four star ranked hotel.
clean, fresh, comfortable, freindly and attractive, good location
So nice atmosphere, charming and romantic. Walk distance to eiffel tower and metro. Good boulangeries, mini markets and restaurants in the nearby. The size of the room, but bed stills nice.
The location is great. The bedding was very comfortable. Overall, our stay was ok. The first room we were given had a very bad smell. The manager apologized and gave us another room. The other room was fine, and the rest of our stay was ok. However, on the morning of our departure, we had requested a cab to arrive at 7:45.... it arrived early and the clerk called us to say the taxi had arrived. We came downstairs at 7:45 to find that the taxi meter had been running the entire time, and was already at 10 euros. The driver apologized and was willing to leave without the fare. I asked the desk clerk to call another taxi, and he REFUSED. I was shocked and disgusted at this poor level of service. He blamed us, even though we came down at the exact time we requested the taxi to show up. The morning clerk on 5/8/14 should be reprimanded and re-trained in customer service. We ended up having to pay 17 euros for what should've been a 5 or 6 euro taxi fare. This left a very sour taste in my mouth and will likely prevent me from staying at Eiffel 7 again.
Good location, helpful staff. Charging 20 Euro per person for breakfast is too expensive for people with older childeren.
Toppertje! The bed is fantastic, good bathroom, rooms are functional and nicely refurbished in a modern/designer style. The staff is very friendly and service oriented, walking the extra mile with a smile (helping with luggage, keeping the bar open for us when all we had were 2 wines, searching for places for us to go to etc.) and even deducted the breakfast charge from our end-bill since we did not take any breakfast! (late sleep-ins in the 5* bed ;)) Well, I stayed in many hotels world wide but that never happened to me before. We both would love to come back again. Note that we had a good last-minute deal. n/a
The friendliness of the staff, the fact they spoke English as well as the ambience & decor of the room. My shower door did not close.
comfort of the room, design of the room, excellent quality/price ratio, top quality breakfast, kindness of the staff rooms are very well insulated from external noise... except the room door! What a pity
The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful in organizing tours. The tours they suggested were really very good.
Even tho this hotel is in the heart of Paris, it is very safe and quiet
Very good hotel and very modern, comfortable location, very cool trendy design. I enjoyed it a lot and will definetely come back.
Location, cosy room The carpet on the floor made a plams on clothes and legs
Ideal location (waking distance from Eiffel tower, central but quiet, easy access to public transportation), very clean hotel, kind and helpful staff
The staff was excellent. Great location!
We loved the wonderful location of this hotel, close to the metro and close to the Eiffel Tower.
its location is perfect and rooms with balcony has a clear view of eiffel tower regular rooms are a bit smaller than the photos in websites.
Nothing really. There was nothing to like. I didn't like really anything about this hotel. It's not pretty, it's not in a good location compared with other hotels around it, and it's far to expensive for what it is. I suggest you stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. This hotel is completely not worth it.
Very helpful staff; great location; lovely view of Eiffel Tower; compact but efficient and comfortable room layout. No air conditioning, and it was a very hot weekend in April; the street was too noisy with windows open at night.
The Eiffel Tower view from hotel room balcony.
The Location is absolutely perfect. Next to Ecole Militaire metro station, and very close to Eiffel, Invalides and Unesco buildings. Eiffel can be seen from all of the rooms. The last day, their credit card machine was broken, so i have had to pay it by cash. But seems like that's possible thing. Also, 12$ breakfast fee is too high for that breakfast. For breakfast, I went to cafes opposite the hotel.
The hotel is very nice with all modern conviniences, the stuff is helpful, the location is perfect. 115 Euro were taken from my card in advance and returned only a month after. Breakfasts are very expensive.
Upon arrival I was told my room was unavailable because the previous guest was ill. The staff had already made arrangements for me to stay in a 4 star hotel across the street and I was moved in very efficiently. The next morning I brought my luggage back to Splendid and when I returned later in the day my luggage had been put in my room and I was told I was upgraded because of the inconvenince. The staff greeted me by name each day and was courteous and helpful with directions and reservations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends.
Very friendly staff--GREAT location! Some what small, bed not that comfy
Tho location was great, balcony overlooking the Eifell Tower, what a view, specially at night. The room was very nice and clean, good size as well, really comfortable bed. Helpfull staff. Metro station few metres walk away. Was very satisfied.
The hotel is small, but very clean and had everything my friend and I needed. Great location. Excellent and helpful staff. The big breakfast was great.
Good location near to Eiffel Tower Pricey and I thought I booked a superior room but upon checking, it does not seem much difference between a classic/standard room and a superior room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was difficult to control.
The room was so neat and clean. The concierges were very kind and helpful. We'd have liked to stay there longer. Next time we go to Paris, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
Location, clean, good service.
Location was near the Eiffel Tower and convenient to interesting shopping and restaurants. Hotel furniture was not very nice. Bed was small. Bathroom was updated, but lacked amenities. Room was small. Hotel staff was not professional. Recommendations by staff were inadequate. Found better places by exploring neighborhood on our own. Would not recommend this hotel. It was not in keeping with your 4 star system. We were extremely disappointed with the experience.
Beautiful view from the top floor of the eiffel tower. The delux room was far from delux, we got moved to a standard room as we were extremely disapointed. The standard room had a lovely view but the sound of the lift and the air conditioning unit kept us awake all night. The breakfast was 19 euros which is fine, however, at 9am when breakfast was served until 10am there was nothing left and we had to ask for just about everything to be replenished. When we were checking out the receptionist insisted we paid for the delux room, although we did not stay in it, as the receptionist had not put the notes on the system when we checked in. She was extremely rude but eventually half an hour later, after making several calls to the hotel manager she agreed and was far from apologetic.
The hotel is right next to the metro station
The room decor was very tasteful. The size of the room was pleasantly bigger than expected for a hotel in Paris. The location was so convenient. The metro was right outside the hotel. The Eiffel Tower was within easy walking distance from hotel. A very enjoyable stay!!!.
good location, rooms were very clean and staff were helpfull. we had views of the eiffel tower and 3 balconies which was brilliant! the metro is just outside the hotel so it is very easy to get around Paris however still very quiet. Highly recommended!
Great location - good room quality for Paris
People at the reception were very slow.
proximity to tour eiffel etc., no
Reception staff very helpful No kettle in the room. No batteries in remote control. Tiny batroom, rude staff at breakfast. My bathroom door couldnt open fully as it it the bed. Shower was situated about 30cm up the wall
Perfect, the hotel is close Eiffel tower, the breakfast very good, and staff very nearly. Hotel good the shuttle offer by hotel is a few disaster, but al last all was ok
We stayed here for our honeymoon trip but we are a middle-aged couple. We liked the room and the hotel. The neighborhood is great for walking and it is close to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. For some reason, they seemed very resistant to making coffee before 7 or 730 am. I went down to the lobby at 630 on day one and the hotel desk clerk (who was drinking a cup of coffee and obviously going to the kitchen for refills) made me sit there until 700! Then the staff wanted to hand me one paper cup of coffee and send me on my way. It took three tries to get a tray with a small pitcher of coffee, cups, milk and sugar to take up to the room. The next day we tried asking them to do it. You have never seen such angry waitresses! Oh, and I was told "we don't have coffee pitchers" but every table in the restaurant has one. Very weird. I think they just want you to spend 15 euros a person to come to the cafe to eat.
Location, parking at hotel, value for money. Great for a weekend trip. -
sightseeing in paris i requested a room with a view and didnt get one
The location is very close to my business place. Convenient for daily shopping.
Walls were very thin. I could hear other guests from their rooms.
I like everything in this hotel.
The location of the neighborhood and how close it was to the Eiffel tower.
