I got a bit sick on the flight, and was so grateful when the male flight attendant explained to me they keep the back row open for cases like mine. He took such great care of me! I was incredibly grateful.

Friendly crew. Snacks were carb-heavy. Flight was quite delaye

The service was fine, about the same as you get on most lower end airlines. I dont understand the perks of flying them much anymore for the cost.

the flight was significantly delayed. Not much was done by the airline to compensate passengers

the flight itself was totally fine. The crew were great and very helpful. The flight was delayed, however, over an hour without a lot of information as to why.

Had to walk back and forth between concourses to figure out which gate I was supposed to be at. The app and the flight board in the airport had different gates listed. Was told numerous times to check bags only to get on the plane and find that there was plenty of room for bags. The flight was over an hour late which had me landing after the last train departed. WiFi was unusable

My experience was okay I changed my returning flight and I was charged extra money which I dont think should be the case, especially because I experienced small delays from my going flight. And many flights were either canceled or delayed after my original flight time. I believe some customers should have the ability to change flights due to certain situations

I've taken four flights with Southwest within the last three months and every single flight was delayed.

It was great and arrived home a little sooner than expected which is nice.

I fly out every other weekend and this is the 4th time my flight has been delayed at Southwest. I will be flying out twice a month on average for the next 6-7 months. If this is your average ‘on time’ I’ll probably be flying another airline.

Wi-fi was out for the whole flight. I pay a premium to fly Delta because it has wifi and because it was out I didn’t get to work on anything I wanted to. I’ll have to make it up later this week by spending less time with my family.

I enjoyed the whole flight and the crew was amazing i dont usually fly delta

Very nice the whole crew was amazing and very professional. I had an offer for a drink it was handled great and amazing crew and nice flight.

I just wish the boarding process/time to take off after boarding was quicker and more efficient. I also wish that the overhead luggage was managed better. almost every time i fly there is no space for carry ons and they are either checked or I end up having to store it several rows back from my seat. Delta should not offer carryons for all customers if there is not actually space for everyone

Boarding was delayed by an hour and then we proceeded to sit on the tarmac for another 30-40 minutes. No clear explanation was ever given and the delay caused me to miss my connecting flight home. Was forced to stay the night in the connecting city which impacted my following workday and cause personal issues at home as well.

I didn't like like much about my experience with Delta. I had to spend the entire day at the airport due to some mechanical issues. My flight was supposed to leave at 8:30am didn't leave until 6pm. Horrible experience.

Bad. Flight was delayed due to maintenance issue with Delta. Seats were small, no service, bag got broken on initial flight. Cramped and hot. Sitting inside with no ac.

Flight attendent didn't let me sit in the empty window seat literally next to me. Doors had closed already so I moved over. She came over, asked for my ticket and made me switch back to the middle. The man on the aisle and I were right on top of each other. Seemed like a real power trip for no reason at all.

The flight was delayed and passengers were told that they will miss connections as flight may get 40-55 min late.

The flight from Atlanta to Tallahassee was delayed, not such a big deal because it arrived almost the same original time. Most of my complaint is that one of the boarding agents and one of the flight attendants seemed bothered and were not very friendly.

New Max 10, first class seats have been shrunk. End of a 20 hour journey, it was United not Lufthansa, just glad to get home

Worst boarding experience, flight extremely delayed causing super tight connect and deplaning was a disaster as ppl were pushing and shoving to get off. Then after flying over 8 hours had to get off a job to next flight. Limited beverage service in Business class (water or white wine) no food. The plane was very cold (temperature) so uncomfortable

Stored my cloth purse under seat in front off me as instructed. When I retrieved it, half of it was soaked, along with everything inside it. I don’t really know how that could have been prevented because the area did not look wet, but I was not happy about it.

Seats needs to be wirer and food is very poor

Seats are uncomfortable and left me in pain in my tailbone area. I got about one hour of sleep.

Phx - ORD was nice 737 with starlink and the ORD - grr was ancient bare bones airbus with not even a power port lol

No white linens in premium economy . Salad was literally frozen. Food was terrible. No snacks. Ran out of food. I asked a flight attendant for snack on hour 8!of 16 hour flight and she said they don’t offer snacks and called me crazy for not having my own snacks for the flight.

It was easy to board, and the staff was friendly and helpful. What could have been better is that I shouldn't have to pay extra for a seat that doesn't recline.

Was on the plane sitting longer than the actual flight in air was, boarded at 5:45p and didn't take off until 6:50p flight was only about 30 minutes long. Just was poor experience will booking more with American Airlines.

Pretty much the exact same comments for this flight, there was crazy weather!

I tried to check in beforehand from Ireland. The Jet Blue website sent me to the Aer Lingus website and vice versa. I tried to get a boarding pass at Dublin Airport as well, but they said they couldn't help me either. I had to wait until I arrived at the gate in Boston to secure a boarding pass...it was a bit nerve wracking.

Great flight. Best in years. Very clean craft. Easy boarding. Communicative pilot. Friendly flight attendants. Absolutely smooth take off, in flight and landing. Very comfortable seats. Smoothest flight I've experienced in years. THANK YOU JET BLUE!

I was asked to pony up an additional $239 (over the $735 paid originally) for a one way middle seat, which was very uncomfortable. Where did you expect me to sit?

Jet Blue sevice was good. Just don't understand why they charge for earphones to listen to flight entertainment. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Mostly good, flight take off in time and land earlier I can’t ask for more..

The crew was not nice this time. I asked for a drink one time and the girl didn’t say anything to me and just got me the hot drink while walking super fast to the back. We were sitting in the back and she wasn’t doing anything except socializing. She was upset I asked for something and she had to do her job. I also didn’t fully have it in my hands when she handed it to me so it was dangerous. She was abrupt and rude. She wouldn’t allow for people to spread out like previous flights we had been on if they were empty, and there were empty rows. It was strange and she enjoyed being angry at us.

The plane was FREEZING COLD. Like I was wishing I'd brought gloves. Is this how JetBlue sells more blankets? Other than that, all fine. Crew just as nice as usual. A flight attendant asked (who? The pilot?) to have the air turned down for a great number of passengers who were as cold as I was. They (again -- who is "they") did not.

Seamless flight, didn’t feel like five hours at all very smooth ride. Watched two good movies didn’t even realize I was on a plane. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

First the flt was delayed over 2 hrs bc of plane mechanics that should have been handled better! No text or email was sent so only found out at the airport so there we sat for 5 hours! THATS RIDICULOUS! The gate area was filthy! No agents showed up till hr before so no additional info was given-waited online for 15 mins while the gate agent chatted and got together then given last seat in back of plane!! No priority for senior or anything-took attendants over 2hrs to serve drinks and snack-WHY are they not served together? By time snack came needed another drink! Worst service in my life!

No music app working: no economy meal on five hour flight; hour on tarmac at the end waiting for a gate. Flight itself was smooth and easy.

Both departure and return flights had mechanical delays. Their planes are antiquated resulting in a two hour flight taking almost four hours to complete.

Flight attendants were pleasant and helpful. Pilot gave fair warning about turbulence.

It was close to its perfect the flake could be took off early, landed early, didn’t have to wait for my daughter stroller luggage came out quick, very efficient, very good flight

Unfortunately the flight was delayed. On a positive note the status updates in the app/text message were good

We waitied for 2 hours for flights to take off. Make us to seat 2 hours in small space is not good.

Ultimately fine but plane seemed dated and creaky and landing was hard…. At no time did I feel unsafe so thank you.

Wheel Chair Access sucked. I had a guy from Bangaldesh drop me off without taking me to the gate

The amount of gate changes and delays is completely unacceptable. This has happened on 3 of 4 trips between Chicago and Dallas in 2026.

I didn't like anything about this flight. The only reason anyone drinks Jack is because you ran out of Woodford. You should know to stock more Woodford. When you wait of first class hand and foot from the minute they get on the plane 5 feet from me but then start service from the rear of the plane so main cabin plus gets the scraps, that's how you get people to stop flying your airline.

Perhaps this is an airport issue, but being in a takeoff queue for over an hour in the taxiing lane is unacceptable. We will definitely be seeking alternative avenues for air travel in the future.
