We stopped here after a long flight into Denver just to stay overnight until heading to our cabin in the mountains. It was a lot nicer in the room than I expected! I wouldn't suggest the hotel for long term stays, but it was just the job for a one night rest up. Sad continental breakfast
Rooms were clean. Location was ideal for us and the staff was helpful. There was only one person working on that Friday, May 22. Since it was a holiday weekend, the check-in time was delayed significantly since the line was long and it took one staff person so long to process each check-in. Additionally, Kayak confirmation made an error in listing the wrong telephone number for the hotel in the email sent to me. When i called, the hotel reception informed me that there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I spent $25 plus $5 tip on a cab ride. However, upon check-in, i found out that the hotel does offer a free shuttle. The hotel could not process any compensation for that extra expense. I hope that Kayak can take care of it.
The price was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, easy to get to from the airport, staff were courteous and friendly. Could not have asked for a better hotel for our purposes, which was flying to Denver to then drive to New Mexico. Highly recommend!
NOTHING My infant and I checked in late at night after a late flight. I checked for bedbugs immediately, and found shells and large bedbugs. I left immediately and had to walk across the street, in the cold, with my luggage and my baby, to get to another hotel. Stay at the microtel. They're nice and helpful and don't have bedbugs. Now that I'm trying to get my money back from my nonexistent stay at the comfort suites dia, they're saying they have no record of me complaining about anything. I'm livid. This is outrageous. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!
Lobby was really nice (fireplace and couches), room was roomy & clean, nice beds plus couch, comfy blanket, good furnuture, microwave and fridge No parking, toilet wasn't really clean inside (it could be the just bad water, but I'm still not used to seeing visible dark spots)
Clean, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast selection, location and shuttle to airport was convenient. Only reason I knew the airport shuttle was called Western and did not say anything about Ramada on it was that I happened to call and ask about it. Could hear my neighbors through the wall pretty easily, but luckily the were fairly quiet.
I enjoyed my stay as I needed somewhere close to the airport so I would get a shuttle. The bed was extremely comfortable and I really got a good night's sleep. The wake-up call did not happen and I told the deskclerk. She was thankful for that knowledge as who knows who else didn't get their wakeup call. Breakfast was delicious and easy.
Very clean and all the basics are covered. Cute diner next door. Nice jacuzzi. Fox News yapping away in the dining area and lobby. Would really have appreciated a break from the right-wing propaganda. Internet is pretty slow. Only one weight machine, which was missing some of its parts.
The hotel itself was fine - typical Ramada, clean and neat. Staff was helpful but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The hotel was so noisy I couldn't sleep. My room was on the second floor, right above the main entrance. At 2:30 am, rental car shuttle buses began rolling in. So loud, they woke me up. As did the guests pounding on the stairs and floors and dragging suitcases and talking, while they rushed to the buses to get to their EARLY flights. It was one bus after another. Plus a train whistle (or something that sounded like that) going off every half our. And, my room was next to the maintenance closet. The heater, generator, etc. were constantly making noise. Then early in the morning the maid knocked on my door! Even though I had a DO NOT DISURB sign out. My flight wasn't till 11. I wanted to sleep!
The location is close to the airport. There's a nice diner just 100 feet or so away. Breakfast was nice and staff were courteous (but see safety concern). The hotel changed hands but the former name, Comfort Suites, was what was online. No signage in front of the hotel to indicate it's now Airport Suites. I wandered trying to find it. Hotel clerk violated common safety standards and announced room numbers in clear, loud voice. Not good. Hotel corridor smelled odd--sickly sweet. Pillow smelled of someone's hair oil. Ick. Shower pipes whistled pretty loudly while in use.
The rooms seemed clean but I didn't look it over that hard. The gal that checked my out in the morning was very friendly. I had a very hard time finding this hotel and the guy at the front desk was unable to help me get there.. Come to find out I was LESS than 5miles from it!! I find it very annoying when you call someone for help and they tell you to use a gps and that they cannot help you. He really didn't give a damn about helping me get there. If I would have had a gps to use I wouldn't have called for help.
Extremely kind staff. Very comfortable!!
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a horrible time finding it ; not just the first time but every time. The hotel shares a building with another Hilton hotel. You cannot see the signage when you are on the streets of Denver. Also be prepared there is only valet parking available at $33.00 a day. And I got double charged for that one dat do check your bill.
convenient, close/walkable to 16th St Mall, clean & comfy; upscale feeling but not overpriced.
Great location new hotel great value for your money
This hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
The staff, specifically Stefan Stefan, were really wonderful. The art in the lobby and on the floors was brilliant. The room was comfortable, the bed was great. Loved the Neutrogena products in the bathroom Somebody missed a spot vacuuming. There was a nasty little pile of fingernail clippings in the corner of the room by the window. We valued our privacy and our time, so we didn't ask anyone to come up and fix it. But that definitely detracted from the stay. Otherwise, pretty darn good.
Price and location were convenient. Staff was nice. Rooms were not updated and had issues - i.e. Fan did not work. Pool was dirty, hallways/rooms smelled.
I felt the Restuarant was very lacking. This was true each AM when it seemed no one was in charge that had training for the job. One coffee decanter that would run empty unnoticed by staff. The layout of breakfast and supplies very abstract and seemingly without thought. The courtesy breakfast tickets, while appreciated, seemed a cumbersome issue. My wife as with many other wives comes to breakfast a bit later than myself. This is where it gets cumbersome for what appears to be an untrained staff. The whole ticket thing seems unnecessary as I would seriously doubt that anyone not registered at the hotel would sneak in for a very mediocre breakfast. Overlooked dry egg mix is not a draw anymore than low quality sausage. As I have mentioned the resturant serving area is poorly laid out and very poorly maintained. Our room fridge did not work when we checked in and was never repaired or replaced during our stay although mentioned to staff each AM. Always the same response, I'll mention it to maintenance. Some one was not listening. The fridge remained plugged in but unworking with a very hot compressor. Lip service to customers is NOT enough. Listen and learn.
I booked this hotel on Kayak and the hotel also charged me so I got double charged. The hotel was under construction and I walked through construction debris to get to my room.
Free hot buffet breakfast, nice staff. For $90+ It was clean enough for 1 night while passing through town. Worn and dated interior, not close to anything fun or interesting, pool & courtyard under construction. I was told it was frequented by truckers and there were a few sketchy looking fellows but no one bothered us. The elevators remind me of some cheap mirror attraction at a carnival. Don't expect luxury or current decor and you won't be disappointed. Clean, hot shower and hot breakfast for 3 of us was all we needed.
Our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the flat screen TV with a lot of channels. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had plenty of room to move around and we had a sofa/bed too! The hotel has a nice pool. Also, has a big hot breakfast! Bathroom was small, so it was hard for my husband and I to be in there at the same time. Sheets had some stains on them, but they were small.
The hotel is run down and very dirty and had a bad odor of smoke. The door to the room did not lock and the hair dryer did not work.
The entire hotel was under construction. There was crap everywhere. My room didn't have AC - they had to move me 3 times. The pool was disgusting. Stay away.
The room was very old and not updated and dirty. Shower was yellow and leaking. Sink had holes in it
nothing grounds were trashed, building lacked upkeep, smelled terrible, no amenities in room, bathtub handle fell off, tv won't turn on, no fridge, outlet hanging out of wall, furniture you could not give away, need i say more?
Door lock seemed to work. A little better than sleeping in my car dirty, rundown & noisy. broken toilet, tub drain and bath exhaust fan. upon arrival the window was open (no screen), smelled of smoke (non-smoking room). reserved a king + sofa bed and got a room with 2 queen beds. Constant running toilet and some machine kept turning on every 20 minutes.
The staff was very friendly and polite! They were remodeling while we stayed. Still full price. Messy. Noise all hours. No privacy.
The breakfast was good and there seemed to be plenty of staff around It's a strange place to get to. The room was very dry (and I live in CO) as the heater needed to be run all night. Run a shower for a bit to moisturize the room. But it is a cheaper hotel in the area, I've stayed in most, and is as good as the more expensive places
great to have covered Garage in Winter and good selection of restaurants within 100 yards. fast internet
Everything! Nothing I did not like!
Very beautiful hotel. The staff were so accommodating to any request. Breakfast had a pleasing choice and the wait staff was right there to help. Ambrosia, Rebecca and Mila on the Front Desk were friendly and helpful even when I didn't know I needed help Would like to see more comfortable chairs in the room. The desk chair was great but the side chair was not.
Of my 34 years of visiting this world of ours, this was the first time that I felt like a rock star or royalty. It might sound as if I'm joking but seriously from the bag boy, to front desk, to manager, to even the waitress, there was extreme kindness, courtesy, and politeness. . They allowed us to check in as soon as we got there at 8 am after 8 hour drive, even though I believe the check in was at 12.. they allowed us to go swimming after the bronco game, they gave us complimentary breakfast tickets and if all wasn't making it the best stay ever, they gave me a red bull to insure I wake up before the long drive ahead.. I will definitely come back and rec comment everyone to come to this hotel.. Just wish was closer to the mile high or closer to a light rail..
The staff at the reception desk when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful. I don't like that I can't get HHonors points for my stay. I thought it was a loyalty program, not a "Spend more money and we'll give you some points" program.
The breakfast was excellent, service was even better. Everyone was very friendly everytime I asked a question. If I go back to Denver, I would probably stay there. I would rate it five stars no question
We booked this hotel thinking we could park there, take a shuttle to the airport and leave the car. This wasn't the case because we booked through kayak. Frustrating.
Shuttle service a bit confusing. Didn't realize that we needed to hop on a shuttle.
The wake up call was on time and the breakfast was pretty good. My TV didn't work and the staff never let me know. I had to call to ask and then was informed. I asked if they could do something about it and they told me to take it up with the company I booked through and they couldn't help me. I was put off by telling me to go somewhere else to talk about the service. I really doubt I'll ever stay in a La Quinta again.
The garden outside was pretty dope The Pillows were cheap and the bed made a squeaky noise
Location is close to the airport Unfriendly Receptionist No hot water the first night Key did not work twice No parking Hotel was run down, old, and out dated. For the price we paid we could have stayed at another hotel in the area.
Very nice and clean. Can hear neighbors way to easy.
La Quinta Inn & Suites are nice - well kept, comfortable and affordable.
Proximity to airport is a plus, facility is your standard la Quinta. Clean. The shuttle service is very poor. They gave me a time for departure to the airport and proceeded to be very rude because when they called 15 minutes early I wasn't ready right away. This alone is no big deal; however, when returning to the hotel from DIA I ended up taking an uber because the front desk told me the wrong pickup area 2x, I waited and waited, and finally gave up as it was well below freezing out. When I told the front desk about my shuttle issue they finally told me the shuttle does not say "la Quinta" on it in a noticeable way. I guess I was supposed to just know this?
Clean room Water took over 70 seconds to get hot for a shower- and then wouldn't cool down fast either
Location and hot breakfast. Obviously purchased an old hotel and they are remodeling the upper floors. Our room was renovated. Doors to bathroom were like closet doors, could see right in. No lock. Cover to ceiling light was cracked and on the floor. Discovered why in the am. Dressed and ready to go, standing at the bathroom mirror and someone turns on the shower above us. It started pouring on my head soaking me. Told the front desk about it all and the only response was, "we'll send maintenance". By the time we got back up from breakfast, it was pouring all the way to the door. Maintenance simply used all of our clean towels on the floor and put our waste basket under the light. No toiletries in room. no liners in waste baskets. Basic cable on old televisions and rock-hard beds. Back elevator was a construction zone, which was okay because there was a sign of explanation. Front elevator was NOT for construction and it was filthy, food on the floor, etc. Main floor public bathroom near the lobby was filthy. Worst La Quinta experience we have ever had. They should close this place down until the reno is complete, and hopefully they will more responsive to guest complaints in the future.
Close to the DIA airport
Its great for a quick business stay over in Denver.
The breakfast buffet was good. Thin, scratchy towels yet we had to constantly ask for more. The maid would leave two towels each day for three guests. Sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, springs in the mattress almost poking through the sad mattress. There was a one-half inch gap in the main door frame so we heard lots of noise from the hallway and light streamed in the room at night. We could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. When i complained, i was told the manager would contact me but he never did. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.
Friendly staff My room was very noisy. I could hear every step from guest above and every flush of his toilet. The guest next door coughed and I thought he was in my room. You could actually see light around the door to the corridor. Your staff is friendly and helpful but I will never stay at this Hampton again.
Room was nice seemed like it was an apartment I am pretty sure one of staff stole my wallet
The room was clean and the price was good. I chose to be further from the convention center to save a little money and this hotel has good reviews. I didn't get much sleep. There was an inch space below the door and space around the door. I could hear every other person letting their door slam shut. Across from my room a small dog barked till very late. Young girls next door were loud and smoking weed and cigs. Although it was non smoking, the whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke. The cut fruit at breakfast tasted sour. It was either old or had some kind of preservative on it. So I base my stay on whether I get any rest and feel comfortable. So this was a huge no way.
Very nice staff, very clean hotel right next to Panera Bread. Very nice to let me have a 2pm check out!!!! Nothing
We have stayed there twice. We have run into friends from our home town, both times. (Evidently, we are not the only ones who like to stay there. We really like the facilities and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It is always very clean. Our adult children joined us there and they were very pleased, also. Joyce We had no complaints. Joyce
It was super clean and luxurious for the price!! So very happy with my experience!!! Nothing!!
They covered a better room for us at a different hotel so we got our room for free! They called when we were on our way there from the airport. Everything at that hotel was wonderful and we intend on staying at Hampton on our way back as well. Or wherever they send us.
Pleasant, efficient, and courteous staff up front. Location good. Food good. Facility satisfactory, although the common areas were not as clean as they should be. Party until about 3 am in the room next door made sleeping very difficult.
Location is relatively convenient The hotel advertises to be a smoke-free property. The people in the adjoining room were smoking cigarettes all night and hosting a 'gathering' in their room. I called the front desk numerous times but the gist of their response was that there was nothing they could do as smoking is not illegal. They offered me a can of aerosol spray to mask the smoke! All rooms were booked that night so they could not move us. I did not get to sleep until after 2:00 a.m. and woke up to loud screaming around 6:00 a.m. We were able to change rooms for the next night's stay, and the hotel manager did comp. our stay for the one night with the issue, however I am not in agreement with their policy for handling guests who break property rules and put my health and well-being in jeopardy and will think twice before staying at another Hampton Inn.
Clean, simple, professional. Love that they accept parts. A bit overpriced.
Amazing hotel so clean and comfortable and the best customer service .. killer deal thanks to kayak
Nice rooms, friendly staff, clean Distance from Airport is almost 10 miles ... Kind of far for an 'airport hotel'
After almost 16 hours of driving, this hotel was clean, had plenty of room, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was a stark contrast to our usual choices in hotels where we are reward members. The entire experience has made my wife and I reconsider our decision to stay anywhere else.
Close to airport, convenient shuttle service. Facilities could use a facelift. Staff friendly enough but not overly helpful.
Friendly staff greeted me at the desk and made me feel welcome. I had easy access to the room with close secure parking. I had no doubt that my Daughter's Airport Shuttle ride would be safe and in a clean Van. I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and breakfast area. I did not explore the rest of the Motel. I will most likely choose the Days Inn And Suites at the Denver Airport on future trips. I was disappointed that there was no program guide to help with my choice of television viewing....I buzzed channels for a few minutes and just shut it off. The breakfast selection was lacking in variety. Toast, Cereal, and or a Cheese Omelet with either an Apple or Orange. I ate across the street.
Was nice but pool was absolutely disgusting and horrible. Nothingvelse was bad
The hotel was located near the airport which was convienent for early morning travel. The room was is poor shape. Every surface was dingy, dinged, smudged or chipped. The bed appeared to be clean but once I got in I smelt someone else's perfume. The walls are so thin that I heard the neighbor's TV at 4am.
Easy shuttle service Comfortable and spacious room The bathtub did not drain - told management and said they'd fix it
Close to Airport Very limited parking. Poor TV. Quite noisy between rooms. Fairly loud air conditioning.
The shuttle system from DIA to the hotel works. Be sure to sign up for a return trip at the right time because the TSA line is quite long for departures. Plan for it. Room was clean. Check-in was easy and friendly. Coffee was - meh... No breakfast snacks at 0500. Stay on the third floor if possible - even there you could hear the vehicles being parked in back of the hotel. Seemed unusually loud at 10pm. Cars could be heard over the TV.
Pleased with everything except parking. Many vehicles had to park illegally because there were not enough parking spaces and no where else to park. Some guests parked at other properties and walked. The shuttle service filled up fast, so even though parking was an issue, it was good we rented a vehicle since we were on a time crunch to get to and from the airport. Many travelers, great location, but be prepared for these properties to be very busy.
Inexpensive cost Breakfast closed a bit early.
I liked the quietness and cleanliness of room. The staff was friendly. Nice shower. Bed was a little uncomfortable, wish I had a better blanket as well. The room seemed a little outdated, not as inviting. TV was not best quality, fuzzy on some channels.
The water in the tub never warmed up, the pool was freezing. Everything was dirty. I booked two queen beds but got a queen bed and a pull out sofa that had no blankets. The pool had no towels. Was very run down.
close to airport Desk clerk very pleasant The spread was not comfortable as a cover, heavy and slippery The coffee pot was broken No wash clothes High carb breakfast
Great hotel in terms of technology, nice room, very cool and would be great if staying for more than 1 night. Poor service, no name use, no "little things", like it was my birthday and they never said anything, and the restaurant was good, but again, service was bad. Asked for late check out and house keeper came three times, didnt speak english and said I didn't when I did.. I would stay again, but only if I couldnt find something better
Staff was responsive to any issues, extra towels, coffee, parking gate not working etc. Didnt spend much time at hotel so can't say anything about the facilities. Everything was clean and operational.
The location Our room was above the atrium. It was LOUD at all hours. The fan in the room was extremely loud. It was a horrible experience. It makes me rethink using Marriott in the future.
The staff was friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I had a gorgeous view of the mountains.
Good location for our needs. Good room, good staff Really liked the shuttle to nearby restaurants, places. Saved on driving around and trying to find parking Driver prompt and courteous You can hear the upstairs room when they walk around. Just poor sound proofing.
I had a great experience, and would go back any time that I have a chance! The room was large and clean, the location ideal, the cleanliness was on point, and the breakfast was delicious, and truly a $$ saver!
Really enjoyed my stay!
Upper scale for the money.. No exhaust fan in bathroom..
The train horns blaring at 530 every morning outside the window ruined every morning for me :/
comfortable beds and pillows very noisy as there is a power station right across the parking lot; we had to sleep w earplugs in but that doesn't help when you're up during waking hours
Location was decent. Not far from downtown and easy access from airport. Beds were comfortable and amenities decent. Trains going by at night, Loud horns. Located in an industrialized area. Not a great part of town from appearances. Homeless people wandering about. Was harassed by a drunk in the parking lot upon arrival. We put our do not disturb signs on the door and were usually out by 10am. But the maids never came back to clean the room or empty trash until the 3rd of 4 nights we were there even though we asked (they didnt speak any english). No free buffet or breakfast which I've come to expect from most hotels.
Very clean rooms. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was quiet and comfortable!
I liked the speed and ease of checking in... the staff was highly accommodating. I didn't eat anything there because- like most hotels - the food was mediocre and I prefer organic The first room the gave me smelled like a mix between cat pee and old sweats... the second one the gave me was much better
Very clean. Front desk extremely helpful. Room and bathroom was tiny. Could not even get between the walls and the beds. The beds are also very small. My husband and I usually fit ok in a queen bed but not these. Had to put one adult and a child in each bed. Didn't get to sleep with my husband all week
Great location and free parking Small rooms at a high rate
The room was either hot or cold and the hallways were cold. Dress warm when you leave the pool wet.
Nice hotel, clean, pool was great, front desk was nice tv channels were not as listed, bathroom was dark and no fan. was not clear that we didn't need to go to the front desk to check-out
Room layout and breakfast Valet parking very expensive and very disorganized. Had to on the street wait over 30 minutes to have car brought up
great location nope

Everything Charged me for 3 days of parking when I only parkegd for one day. Problem was resolved.
The location was great and everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed our staying . The parking meter was a little confusing. Our day parking end up $27 dollar a day instead of $17

The breakfast was GREAT. Our rooms were clean and restocked everyday w/ coffee, tea, soaps, shampoos. Location was great.
What is not to like? Brand new hotel with all the amenities. Breakfast area was crowded but they did a great job replenishing. I needed stamps for postcards and they were complimentary; they go over and above!!! Nothing

Location, easy check in process, continental breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable bartender. We called down to the front desk to retrieve our car that was parked through valet and the message wasn't relayed properly. We waited for 10-15 min. before asking a valet employee if our car had been called down. Mis-communication caused a slight delay.

The room itself was very nice, very comfy and clean. And large. Parking was a bit difficult, but found a great cheap lot behind it. Was a little worried about security there, but didn't seem to be an issue.
Check-in, check- out and airport shulltle personnel were all courteous and friendly Possibly the worst Crowne where I hVe been, definitely not up to the standard: faded place, worn out moquettes, terrible food (Salad was brownish...), restaurant & bar personnel hardly interested: at the bar the waitress did not even come to the table and took the order from the counter as she was busy watching TV...
I booked in here after my midnight flight from DIA was cancelled and I was so relieved to find a clean, modern and quite hotel — and for a bargain price. Wouldn't hesitate to crash here again. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly. No complaints whatsoever.
Easy to get to the shuttle that took me to hotel. Very convenient shuttle times .
Clean, warm facility with friendly staff. Breakfast menu a bit limited, but adequate. (Beware the Chilaquiles--I loved them but many American and European travelers would find them so spicy as to be inedible.) Overall a nice place to stay that was pleasantly quiet with pleasant people. Oh dear, the architecture and design were in the spirit of that mad race to utterly uninspired conformity that afflicts lodging throughout the U.S. So much money spent for such a large atrium and building but ending up with so little beauty or interest. When its time to remodel everyone involved needs first to be shipped off to Spain to the Parador Duque de Lerma near Burgos. Its architecture and design are so simple and beautiful and breathtaking, and it would fit this building well.
I had a position with TYCO that put me in this facility for a week and a half. Though the training was pretty intense, the lunch spreds were always enjoyable with lots of space and a computer center to use for personal notes. January weather wasn't too bad and my wife came to visit one weekend which was nice.
Mediocre. Somehwat close to shopping and restaurants but immediate neighborhood wasn't Cherry Creek. I was a little nervous to park my car out front in the non-moniored parking lot. Clean but room smelled like old smoke. They have a hairdryer and shampoo in room but you have to ask or purchase other items. Breakfast was disappointing although had an omlet chef which was nice. Food choices were okay but environment was sterile - like eating in an old hospital cafeteria. Still not confident the breakfast won't be double-charged but we will see. I liked hotels at DTC for the same price. Better amenities.
We asked for two twins, when they were sold out, gave us two adjoining rooms, excellent! Thank u Small jacuzzi in pool area
The staff was really great here. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.
Nice building comfortable rooms and good restaurant. Right in the heart of downtown Wish it had a pool and Suns
Good location, room was clean EXTREMELY thin walls. Neighbors partied all night until 4am and I could hear every word to every song they played, along with their conversations as they were yelling. Staff were very short with me and didn't seem to care about my stay.
Close proximity to everything downtown. Mallride stop was just outside the door. Easily walk to shops, restaurants, bars, or convention center. The front foyer area smelled awful.
The staff was excellent. Krystal (I think that was her name) at the front desk was very accommodating. The bar staff was also great. Housekeeping did a great job, very warm and gracious.
The included (albeit paying a lil more on the initial purchase) morning breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelet, all you can eat oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, bacon, fruit and croissants. Worth the trip to have that I must say. Complementry shuttle service took us to the Denver Museum of Science and History, and picked us up as well! The location was perfect for the convention down the street, and the concert we went to at the Ogden. I was pleased with the whole experiance. Even with the open atrium aesthetic of the hotel, the room was mouse quiet. No voices in the hall, no movment in the ceiling, even morning breakfast was peaceful. Very close to many fast food restaurants, liquor store, and walmart. We couldn't stay longer! And the Ogden theater was outside of their shuttle service. The parking lot is pretty bad. It's basically the peremeter of the building and the adjacent building. So parking in the front is near impossible if you arrive late.
The location is convenient between the airport and city. The staff was friendly and efficient. They even printed me a map to find a restaurant nearby. The room was a decent size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and really good. Overall, I would stay there again when in Denver. Bathroom was alittle dated and worn but still clean.
Room was very clean, spacious, and comortable. We loved the bathroom decor and the cleanliness. The balcony was a highlight as well, great view and provided a comfortable breeze at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. N/A
Room didn't get cleaned and no towels restocked for next day had to call front desk 3 times to request this
Obviously I had to say this last minute hotel really caught my eye, the rooms was spacious, have a balcony in my room, luxurious breakfast all you can eat buffet. I had the best experience ever and so did my kids
I liked how close it was to downtown Denver and was close to the freeway and a shopping plaza right across the street that came in handy ! I tried to check In 2 hours early and the lady at the front desk told me it was going to be another hour and a half until my room was ready. I was fine with it since I was a little early I came back 2hrs later and another lady that was working the desk told me it would be another 2hrs because they get "cleaned throughly" which frustrated us because we had made plans that for day and we had to wash up since we had just drove 12 hrs to Denver and the lady didn't seem to care. When we finally got our room it was really dusty and the tub felt grimey. Also the size of the room was quiet cramped it felt like only one bed was supposed to fit in there but instead they put two. I felt like I could of got my money's worth somewhere else for a more spacious room for the price I payed
Toilet didn't flush all the way.
Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool needed to be warmer and cleaned up a little. I got hurt in the pool and had to go to the dr due to a slippery tile step in the pool
We went out on a limb when looking for a room and decided on staying at our very first Drury Inn. I am happy to say that I will now only be staying at Drury Inns, more specifically this one. Customer service here is impeccable. Very well mannered employees and very attentive. From the amazing Hot tub, to the great indoor/outdoor pool, the clean and well kept room with vaulted ceilings, to the free popcorn and soda, to the complimentary alcoholic beverages, complimentary buffet style breakfast and dinner. It snowed during our stayed and was very suprised to wake up and see a very cold employee scraping off every window of ice of every vehicle in the parking lot. Free WiFi and parking. The comforters could be a little more thick and comforting, but considering everything else....this is the only thing I could think of.
Rooms were great and spacious General manager was very rude . Complete waste of my money will NEVER and I mean NEVER stay in any drury hotel ever again .
Limited food options in area. Nice that hotel had small "market" but could have had more fresh food options.
We needed a place for a quick layover due to the weather. The place and all accommodations were well above the star rating.
The room The mildew smell in the room
I was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. This isn’t the most luxurious place to stay – I didn’t notice any marble countertops in my room and the towel wasn’t folded into a swan. However, everything was very new and very clean and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast downstairs and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. No complaints.
It was an amazing find! The room blew me and my wife away on how nice it was.
We were pleasantly surprised by our overnight at the Hyatt House near Denver International Airport. We travel a lot and normally have low expectations of airport hotels, but this was an exception. The shuttle driver and the front desk guy were both very nice especially since they were working on Thanksgiving night. The room was a suite - not overly large, but perfectly comfortable for two people. The next morning we went down to the breakfast and were really surprised to find fresh omelets, fresh fruit and juices, etc.. This was definitely a cut above the traditional travel breakfast of cold toast, cereal, and bad yoghurt. It’s hard to wax too poetic about an overnight stay at an airport hotel, but if you in that position in Denver, I highly recommend they Hyatt House.
Everything. No complaints. Staff was fantastic. I had to leave to soon!☺
Convenient to airport. Hotel had given away my prepaid room (not sure how they could have done that, as check in would require ID and credit card to match the reservation). Gave me a hard time, had to locate their manager, were going to charge me for a new reservation. Finally resolved, but not handled well.
