Checking in and skipping the counter was incredibly helpful. We loved picking the car, although we really only had one vehicle option unless we wanted to pay more. Returning the vehicle is where Hertz stole the show. Mr. Williams at the Fort Lauderdale airport was amazing! He took the time to personally drop us off at our terminal and assist us with our bags so we didn’t have the bother with a shuttle. It was so helpful, having three small kiddos and all the stuff we have to haul. We will definitely use Hertz again in Fort Lauderdale because of Mr. Williams.Reviewed Sep 27 2024

The worst experience imaginable. Rented a Tesla and even though I arrived early - was told my Tesla rental was given up and I would be “upgraded” to another vehicle. This vehicle was a Corolla. The one car I chose that was in the lot I was supposed to select from had a spare tire on, thankfully one of the attendants pointed that out so I had to take the only car left which was a 2 door Chevy Camaro- which wouldn’t have been my first choice.
